I made an attempt to order today over the phone the girl who picked up has a nasty attitude an for no reason, she picks up the phone talking like she doesn't want to assist you so she can go back to whatever thats important than her job. I just hung up, I don't mind going elsewhere. Never had issues until today. I want order from this location anymore.

Terrible establishment. You will wait inside just to be ignored. I was asked if I needed to order, and I said yes, then they kept keep running the drive-thru over and over and over again and won't acknowledge your existence. Lazy, rude and they have no customer service skills. Who is hiring these people?!?!

I went through the drive through the young lady was nice but after waiting for the food to get home to cardboard(because that's what it taste like) dry and old! I ordered breadsticks that look like somebody sucked all the nutrients out of them. Looked like that missed a meal...This ain't right and yes I said ain't. I will not be patronizing this location again until that fix all that is broken. The other location on Dunn Ave is much better in my opinion and the food is always fresh and hot when I order from there.

I ordered a pizza with old world pepperoni and as you will see from the picture there is more crust than cheese and sauce. This is the third time I have been unsatisfied with this location. They also didn't give my sauce I ordered and paid for.

Just read the other reviews. They waste your time they can't even prepare a pizza right. The customer service you may as well stare at the wall because you'll get just as much feed back. If you really want Pizza just be ready to wait 30 minutes to get a pizza that's been sitting around for the past two hours.
Been waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes, placed an order and had to wait more than 45 minutes.

Young workers goofing off. Cashier don't even greet you when you walk in. I told her I wanted the pizza pretzel bundle & she said we don't have that after I repeated it twice YET it's advertised right in front of the cash register. Other employee had to show her how to ring it up. And then I ordered slices and sticks with jalapenos. Once we received the pizzas, there was no jalapenos on the slices and sticks order. And, then I received a cheesy pepperoni pizza & no pretzel crust. If I could give 0 stars, I would. It took everything in me not to go back inside because if I did I was going to lose my cool knowing it's because the workers are messing around instead of doing their job. Maybe try.hiring people that want to work and not some young people that can't read or listen to a simple order !

Horrible customer service and supervisors have little or no conflict resolution skills. They would rather lose a customer instead of correcting your problem. I spoke with GM and still no resolution. Little Ceasars will never get a dime of my money again.
