Tried to order a new menu item to oght. The cashier told me it would be 45 minutes or more. That's crazy, okay, so I ordered an order of crazy bread and crazy sauce. She took my money and then told me it would be 10 minutes. There were bread sticks visible in the warming oven in the front. So I waited and then when she gave me my bread ticks. They were cold. Like cold. Cooked, but not even warm. Tonight was just unacceptable

Couldn't give ZERO stars...I stopped in after work as I usually do once a week to get a lunch combo pizza and the white woman told me they don't do the lunch special after 2:00pm... Whatever happened to costumer satisfaction? Isn't a sale still a sale? No sale from me today... Some people just don't want to work. She's definitely not looking out for the customer or the company but boy can she text, it's like her phone was an permanent extension of her arm...

Hit and miss, depends on the who is working. Almost never have any pizzas cooked. The kiosk has not worked in a year... For best results, order online and check the order before you leave the store. I don't like to do reviews that are not positive but this store has had issues for years.P.S. the pizzas are not cut, now that is annoying!

The people who work there are very rude. They gave my food to someone else. They didn’t check for a receipt or anything. They ignore other customers too. They will not refund your money after the fact they made the mistake. I don’t recommend this restaurant to one!!

I always come later in the day 5-7p, today I was off work early and came at 1:55. The lady working was rude! If you don’t want me peeking in the kitchen to find you, then place sign at “your doorbell” , or stay up front !I’ll be sure to never come this early again.
