Chris at the front counter was awesome. Super friendly and went out of his way to give us the best customer service. I wish we ran into more people when getting food! Thanks Chris for the awesome attitude!

My thanes this corporation is so unbelievable not only did the store kept hanging up on me so it never got to corrected, but the customer service is unbelievably unhelpful, I got a refund after a bunch of hoops and two emails later and get told that they can get me a refund but can't fix the order, so Im stuck with a order that was less than appealing then what I had ordered.

This location intentionally ignores their phone to avoid making tailored orders, forcing its customer base to order online or in person. I know this because everytime I walked inside the establishment, I called their local number and never heard their phones ring not once lol it is what it is

Called 9 times in a row with no answer, I wanted to change my order from a pickup to a delivery, called way ahead of time before it was made with 0 answer and I never got a refund. What a mess

Absolutely Closes at 9:50 NOT 10pm took payment and never once called me to say hey we can’t fulfill the order or anything and won’t answer the phones whatsoever even though the posted hours are until 10pm I will be getting a refund tomorrow in full absolutely not professional in any manner whatsoever if you close earlier than posted then you should change your posting!

No one spoke any English and when I asked how to use the T-Mobile Tuesday all the person at the counter kept saying was No No No... I was ordering a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and he turned the screen around and kept pointing at a pretzel crust pizza. Finally, he went and got someone from the back who also did t speak English. Just an all around bad experience
