We went to this store at 1:06pm on a fri. We walked in to order and they said they were not ready yet and it would be 20 mins. Are you kidding me? You open at 10am. 1st time at this store. We walked out. 1st impression was not good

I went and picked up a three meat pizza and crazy bread. The lady told me it would be four minutes and I was stuck sitting outside waiting for 20 minutes. When I got my food, the pizza was cold and the crazy bread was overcooked to the point I couldn’t even Bite it And there was no seasoning on the crazy bread.

Barely qualifies as pizza. The only reason to go there is the relative convenience. The pizza is always lukewarm, cheese burnt, crust hard, sloppy uneven slices, the definition of low quality. If you're worried about prices Papa Johns has coupon codes on the website just use that.

Stop hiring kids.... I just ordered a ultimate supreme...and was disappointed with the service and the way the problem was handled...I returned the pizza..I told the young man with the dreads and braces this was for my kids and he laughed..and the cashier name is Devin he also laughed at me and gave me a nonchalant but aggressive answer saying wats wrong..I just asked for my money.bac told them stop playing and left..I know I won't eat there again..thanksagain guy my kids were treated badly by this store on Normandy. I'm taking the litterly get no stars.

Food is always great. Service can use a little work. But overall ill order from them again.

I have no words to say I’m absolutely love this place. I mean everytime I come here there always upselling that deal they doing on the crazy bread . One man up sold me they new pizza it was actually pretty good. I will definitely be back Friday my kids love there hot and now chesse pizza

40 Minute wait even after calling for a pick up on my pizza Had to pay full price for the pizza regardless And speak to a manager so they felt inclined to make up for some type of way While crew in the back snickers and laughs because they had me waiting almost a full hour for a pizza
