Walked in...no one greeted me...stood there for like 7 minutes before the young lady came out the back. Never spoke, just took my order. Some guy from the outside wearing street clothes... well didn't look like anyone was in uniform, walked straight to the back and started a conversation with a worker. The same young lady that took my order...went to the back and started making orders... NEVER washed her hands. Not to mention it was close to 45 mins before I even was asked....what was my order because I still haven't received it yet. Not sure what type of business is being run, but I won't be returning.

I love Little Caesars, but this is the worst location ever. They have no pride in their pizza. Looks like they took a old pizza. Put toppings on it and threw it in the warmer. The toppings weren't even melted in the pizza garbage.

They were busy, so we had a short wait. However, the staff is very friendly and are very patient. The food temperature was hot and it was very good. I really love the deep dish.
I am pretty sure I am a regular at Lil Caesars. But my last experience was a bit annoying due to my order that scheduled and paid for 10 hours in advanced not being ready, which was okay, but I was then sent to another location because they said they didn't have my order. I got to second location, to find I was in the right place, the first time. I come back and had to find the email with the proof of order. Smh. I will start going to the location that I normally go to.Parking: In a shopping center that is pretty busy all day long til late night.
Ordered 2 pizzas. They were never delivered and when I called they said delivery canceled and they would refund. They didn't. The order was for 38$ but was charged 45$. Do NOT order from this place. You will be ripped off.1136 Dunn Ave. You have been warned.
