I wanted to express my appreciation for manager Sheena and her employee Takira. I ordered 15 pizzas for a gathering and my friend and I came to pick up the pizzas but I did not bring the card we were planning to pay with, but instead of becoming frustrated for having to deal with this at closing time, Sheena and Takira were both very kind and tried to give us ideas on how we could access some sort of payment method so we would not have to leave without our food. Eventually, we were able to find a way to pay, but at this point we were well past closing time as some obstacles arose on our end and still no frustration was shown towards us and they were still smiling and kind, so I just wanted to mention them by name here and show my gratitude as they not only saved our dinner plans but also did not make us feel bad for inconveniencing them with our mistakes. And the pizza was delicious as well of course.

I called before going back to tell them that the pizza was over cooked the person I talk to over the phone said they don’t usually do it but I could bring it back I said ok I drove back there when I got there the manager Sheena came from the back started arguing with me saying she was not going to replace my pizza and refused she stated u can call corporate I will not lose my job let’s not forget the one I talk to on the phone said she told me they will replace it this time like I say I work hard so I’m throwing away $14 . I left waited to speak to someone the next day which was Amber the supervisor she stated she rolled the camera back and I was told on the phone it would be up to the manager to replace the pizza which was a lie because the manager was never brought up on the call. So now who to say if that was my last to feed my kids and this the way y’all treat paying customers . Sheena and Amber mad me feel more like they don’t care about the product or customer service !!! Plus not one employee was in uniform at this point y’all need to get corporate to come in reevaluate the company that’s been represented but these people … let’s not forget we order pizza EVERY FRIDAY first complaint

I made a online delivery order from the store of 37+ dollars I never received my order and this was on June 29 and here it is today I still have not received the refund for my order I made a online delivery order to the store of 37+ dollars I never received my order and this was on June 29 and here it is today I still have not received the refund for my order order from and here it is way over 10 to 12 Business days that they said, I should receive my refund that I have not received it yet. They were quick to take my money and so very slow to give it back. I still have nothing. I am pretty soon I’m going to report them to the BBB.
