Horrible. Waited an hour for my online order. Workers kept searching for my order but they could care less. Waited in drive thru and then they tried to gaslight me saying my order was made 20 min ago….? I asked them numerous times how much longer for my order but the manager wanted to play games and pretend that the order was ready a long time ago. Don’t even want to eat my order bc I feel like they did something to it.

I waited 45 minutes for my order, made the order online over an hour ago. Came through the drive through the first time past the latest time it was expected to be ready, they said if I pull forward it will be ready in 10-15 minutes. So I waited in the parking lot for 10 minutes and went back to the drive through since no one was there. No one answered the window for 10-15 minutes. So I parked again and went in the store and waited in line for my $8 order that I ordered 45 minutes ago online. Finally I get to the front of the line and I have to wait another 5-10 and watch as he makes the order of the customer ahead of me. He comes back and asked for my name, checks to see where the food is, they couldn’t find it so it took like 5 minutes to find it, then when the food is ready and he just hands me my order without saying anything. Very frustrating experience..

Don't eat here! Cracked out 'Manager' and grotesque food practices. They don't first out the product, they don't clean the workstations or mop under things. They use the same scoop for every single thing. CROSS CONTAMINATION IS REAL.

I continue to be impressed with Little Caesar’s pizza! By far the best pizza. The prices are excellent, the pizza is tasty and the delivery is fast.
Manager is a prick. I wanted the half cheese bread half pizza. She said it only comes in pepperoni. How hard is it to substitute pepperoni for beef. Some of us can’t eat that for religious reasons. She was unwilling to substitute the pepperoni for beef. 1 star won’t ever order from them again. PRICK!

I’m not sure if the lady who has the frizzy hair with damaged split ends is the boss or manager but I witnessed her yelling at one of her teenager employees. Smh what a disgrace this women is. I don’t care how frustrated you are you do not embarrass that poor boy in front of customers like that. Pure scum that women acted like such trash. Never will get my business.

Tried placing an online order 4 times and got an error message when I hit the button to order used 3 different credit cards just to make sure their wasn’t an issue on my end. Message tells you to call store. Called store and guy tells me you can’t order a delivery order on the phone. Told him what happened and puts me on hold. A lady picks up the call tells me to wait and she’ll take care of me. Proceeds to put me on hold for 5 minutes and comes back and tells me it’s because I haven’t updated the app but I didn’t use app when through google to their website and tells me once again sorry can’t get a pizza delivered over the phone. What a waste of time.
