Manager Tory J wouldn’t give me a refund on a online order I placed to go pickup from the store and they not have my full order and I ask for a refund or something of the same value. He said no I have to go online without giving me the information. Still trying to find out how to get my refund. Horrible customer service & stealing customers money!

Pizza ordered was not fully cooked, crust was still dough, cheese not fully melted and vegetables cold. I can understand messing up the ingredients, but not cooking the food is unacceptable, couldn’t even pull a slice out of the box without it falling apart because it was still dough.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza and crazy bread and they were both undercooked. The pizza was still edible, just extremely soggy, but the crazy bread was just literal dough and I couldn’t eat it. Idk how anyone could put that in a bag and not feel bad.
Ordered a deep dish online and got to the store and it smelled like a porta potty. I took my pizza to the car to discover the dough wasnt cooked so I took it back in for a remake and the second one comes out doughy too I just took the L and went somewhere

Pizza was in fact not hot and ready, but customer service made up for that part. A guy working accommodated a non-English speaker great & made conversation with everyone waiting. However, the breadsticks were extremely WET & SOGGY and smashed and the pizza was not done cooking. They had quite a few people in their lobby with only two people working. nevertheless, bad food. Probably would've been better if they had more staff
