This place has unique dishes that taste great, and the staff is wonderful. They also have a lot of vegetarian options as well as some things for vegans. I also really like how the place is decorated. If I had one critique, it would be that I wish it was a little bit less like a sports bar. I could do without the TVs, but that's just me. It's a great place to eat!

New menu since the last time we went, prices went up DRASTICALLY. I get inflation, even 10-25%, but it was significantly higher. I'd be okay with that if it was reflected in the quality of food staying the same or increasing, that's not the case unfortunately. The tacos are now pretty lackluster, shrimp taco is 3 PC of small shrimp. It doesn't have the freshness it used to. Tortillas are drier and tougher. Chips are older. Carnitas are still good.
I want to see this place stay open forever for nostalgia sake, but I can't recommend the food at this point. Jax has so many better options in the mex/texmex field, even ~2mi away.

Food is always great, they're experiencing some of the same issues that everyone else is (new staff in training, short staff, etc) but they're doing their best. I've been going here once every week or two for 4+ years now. There is something on the menu for everyone.

The food really is not very good. Not that it's BAD, it's just not very good. My burger wasn't, but it seemed almost as if poached. No noticeable char at all. Mixed reviews on the salsa, from ok to no way. The guac was flavorless. I'm sure after a few beers it'd be good. Good service, nice vibe.

Love this place, you can come alone or w/ a crowd and customer service is still great, food great and atmosphere. Very pleased. The nachos and quesadillas are 5/5!

The food was amazingly delicious!! We had fish tacos... SOOOOO GOOD! Also had burrito that was so yummy and filling, so the other half will be late night snack!
Very relaxing atmosphere, and our server, Marie, was super friendly and made us feel right at home! I would give her 10 stars if possible! I'll definitely be back!!
