This place customer service when it comes to take out is actual horrible they just choose whatever times they want to stop taking to go orders over the phone and want you to come in and take them what is the difference besides me now having to wait for the food to be cooked even longer
Then i was told oh i cant even come in the store to place it now because the manager victor decided to close the entire store early today 8pm apparently just because they want too when normally they close at 10pm
I enjoy the food and never have a problem if im coming to dine in but when it comes to takeout you guys really need to step it up its sad its so unorganized and ran poorly

Update 2-4-25: Dined in. Food good. Service ehh. Felt forced. Stale musty odor in restaurant. Needs deep cleaning/renovation/restoration. SUPER EXPENSIVE JMO $84. 2 Entrees, 1 Soda, 1 mixed drink. 1 Side.

Update: 11-25-2024 long work day, after work go to place quite often. Policy seems to change often. Now at 8:40pm can't order to go via phone. Really just wanna pick up food after 15hr work day and go home. Gotta go in, order, hope the server is polite with to go boxes. Can't blame the servers. Server said to go orders cutoff 830pm. closing time 10pm. Mgt gotta do better especially to loyal customers.

Visited 30 min before closing. Shayla was AWESOME, PATIENT, ACCOMMODATIN!!! VERY APPRECIATIVE FOR THE KINDNESS and KITCHEN STAFF GETTING ORDER PERFECT🙂YOU ALL SET THE STANDARD HIGH TONITE😁😁😁

My family and I were here last night, and we had a horrible experience. First, when we arrived, it was super full, and it took more than 1 hour to be seated. When we finally got a table we were disappointed to see that it was a small booth for 4 people and we were 5 so when I asked the manager about it he said he didn't have any more tables. The only thing he offered was to pay for an appetizer, that's it!!! Wow, like that's gonna resolve our problem!!!

I feel like he treated us that way just because we are Hispanic. I'm sure he could've done more so we could sit comfortably in a table to sit 5 people. He just didn't feel like it. It was my daughters birthday and this situation made her have a bad moment. The manager here is unfair and seems to be racist so I don't recommend this location.

I've tried this location twice. 1st visit- 10 min drinks, 48 mins to get dinner, no refills, no service

2nd visit- tried calling my order in. Called twice. Placed on hold by manager for 10-14 minutes each time. Screenshot attached

I can't remember the last time I had good service or the food was correct, came out on time, came out warm...it gets to the point of stop telling the server and just not coming back. It's honestly the worst service ever. Any server I've had either seems waaayyy to busy or coked out of their mind. Either way, just bad.

The food was delicious, and Gabby was a terrific server. It was 45 deg, sun setting and air conditioning was on. Brrrrr, no, thank you. Prices have gone up 16 dollars for the LH burger, sides Mac n Cheese 5.99, and Cesar salad 5.99. Uh! Overall, the visit was good. Side note, your card gets run and precharged, the server brings back your slip, and then you add the tip that gets charged at the end of the servers shift. Supposedly, this practice has been going on for a while now as we were told by our server when we questioned it. Funny thing, though, I did not encounter this issue last week when I went out with friends, to the Grill, nor and when we went out for sushi on New Years. Does anyone else encounter this delayed tip charge practice? It's as if you don't leave a tip. Will they charge your card regardless??
