Tony T was a phenomenal server! His service was amazing everything came out nice and hot! He had great jokes and kept checking in on us. I love how he pre bussed the table and made sure it didn’t cluttered. I will definitely come back and request him. 10 out of 10!

I elected to do curbside pickup. Once I got there and checked in online, I received a phone call. The lady tells me that due to the weather, no one can bring my food out and I had to come in. This was very inconvenient for me because my baby is sick in the car and I didn’t have appropriate clothing on which is why I elected curbside. Also it wasn’t raining at all. It stopped raining maybe 30 minutes prior to my arrival. It wasn’t flooded outside or anything. This was very poor customer service. I elected curbside for a reason. The customer was not priority in this situation. I will not be back. I also tipped just for me to go inside. I am pissed.

We eat in sometimes Bre the server is awesome but with my busy schedule To Go works better for me. Food is always hot and fresh. I always get greeted with professionalism like Janellee the bar tender. We celebrated our wedding anniversary on Monday and planned to go out to eat on Saturday but once the time came to get ready we're just to exhausted. So we decided to get take out. We had a little issue with the food but when I called and spoke with Manager Victor he really went above and beyond to ensure we stay LONGHORNENS FOR LIFE!!!!

Raw steak, raw broccoli and raw sweet potato. I don’t think they cooked any part of my meal.
We were seated to the very end in a table in the corner, there is a saddle decoration with a Mexican throw blanket, omg the saddle is full of dirt the blanket looks as though it's never been washed, just received my food chopped steak with mushrooms and mashed potatoes, I ordered chopped steak and received a Salisbury steak, wow, it's okay I really thought it was steak chopped up not "Hamburger '!It's actually horrible ? not good at all! I'm sorry but a steak house should be clean,! This place is dirty,! I will say the staff the waitress was very nice, out person that seated us in the corner ugh while the dinning room is empty, yes empty, then seated more customers near us making for a very unpleasant atmosphere, ! I will dine again but not for lunch,,!Lunch is horrible,! The waitress was the best she did a amazing job,! I'll give her ten stars,!

Waited to be seated for a couple minutes no one around, host finally came, sat us never greeted us. Ordered appetizer and food. When food came servers did not bother to remove empty appetizer plates. Ordered steaks medium well they came well done. Kids burger was overcooked and super dry. Order fries had to ask for ketchup. Drinks ran out didn’t get a refill until we were leaving. The booth seat was broke and uncomfortable. All the decor was dusty. Get my receipt only to see two up charges, when I asked why she said because I didn’t order regular sides but she didn’t bother to tell me that when a was ordering and all she said was sorry. $80 for terrible food and service.

The lady in the front tried to seat us at a party table where other people were eating. We did not know these people. They wanted us to sit in the middle of their table. We expressed discomfort and requested for another table. The lady had a nasty attitude. The food was okay but the service ruined our experience.
