I know this isn’t a Michelin Star restaurant but dang, yall botched I mean Burnt the hell out of my chopped steak. As a manager I would never let a plate that is going out by pickup like this. And then have me a unsweetened tea cause my food wasn’t ready. Bruh I want my whole payment and tip back. Regency

Waitress was horrible. Almost an hour to get cold food. Asked for extra dressing. 30 minutes later no dressing. She let me know she didn't like my attitude and she was not getting the dressing, and she didnt...just nasty

It was really busy but Kamiya made us feel like we were her only table. My steak was not cooked properly and she immediately noticed and got it corrected. My elderly mom was with us and raved about how patient Kamiya was with her and us. Food was not as great as we have come to expect here but service overcame.

Went for a birthday celebration. Had to be at least 20 or more of us. They were very accommodating. Servers on point. Brought food out timely. Food was great.

We love the Regency Longhorns! Food is great. Feb 1 visit was terrific. Started with hostess Jai'lah. She was so sweet to bring a chair for my husband to sit until a table was ready then made sure to seat us close to the front due to ambulation issues. Our server was Chloe. She was amazing! Prompt, professional and personable as she made sure every thing was spot on. We love the overall team work that was at its best as all.of the staff worked together and seemed to be enjoying there work.

Shoutout to waitress Maya and manager Todd for turning my poor experience into a positive one. The first host/waiter we had was awful. His attitude was terrible and he spoke to me in a terrible way. I wish I remembered his name because I’d put him on blast. 0 stars for him. When I informed the manager about his behavior, he was appalled. He could not believe that man spoke to me that way. 5 stars for the manager and the new waitress we had.

Food was good. Staff was nice. They forgot the mushrooms on my husband's steak. Thought two groups were going to fight over a table. Never got any drink refills. Nasty note on our car when we left saying we parked too close. Yet we were there before them! Very dark scary parking lot. Think I'll try another location next time.

Sitting here for 20 minutes with no one checking on me or noticing I haven’t eaten my $35 dollar steak because it’s grossly undercooked. Held captive- just give me my check and I’ll go home and cook it myself. Service at the bar is extremely poor. I’m right next to the register and they don’t acknowledge that I’m not touching my dinner.
