The Staff is so and rude

Seems like every time we go we have to send something back or they forget something which let's everything else get cold while you wait to complete your meal. This last time they didn't even use a filet when that's the cut we ordered they tried to pass a sirloin because it was covered with crusted parm. Once we get the kinks worked out the meal is good. The waitress is always amazing.

Sharon is the best server! Ask for her and tip her well. Whoever is in the kitchen during lunch hours doesn't get paid enough. I dont care what their pay is. They deserve a raise. Steak cooked to perfection every time. DURING LUNCH!!
My dinner experiences are not the same! Best to choose another location after 6pm.

Staff is great the tall gentleman at the door was super friendly and Ebony our waitress was amazing love her she’s so kind gave the best service very quick and efficient made sure we had drinks to go and everything will definitely be coming back!!!!!!

Went out to eat around October 30th there. Meal was a bit expensive but overall okay. Bit noisy in dining area. The service was not great. Took waitress 20 minutes just to get our bill. And, waitress didn't get our plates when we finished and never picked them up. No reason for poor service.

We enjoy our local Longhorn. The food is always good we usually have a steak. The service is always excellent and all the staff is very welcoming and friendly.

Waitress was great, we had a large party and she was very accommodating. Cannot say the same for the woman that greeted us at the door, very dismissive and rude.

Went to this location with my grandmother to have lunch and everything was delicious. Food was hot & fresh and Strawberry Lemonade was great. 😊

I ordered a steak medium it was well done very dry no taste it was awful. I couldn’t even eat it. If I could give a zero I would have. I basically wasted my moon a steak I didn’t eat.

My to go order was supposed to be ready at 6. I clicked on the link at 6:06 p.m. and waited in the parking lot for THIRTY MINUTES. I finally went in and waited another 15 minutes while my food was supposedly being bagged. Asked to speak to a manager and the manager never came out. I was offered a free soda though which is funny because I wasn’t even given the soda I paid for with the kids meal. Not once was an apology given. Order was NOT HOT for it being supposedly bagged while I was standing there and it was WRONG. Steak not well done and instead of mashed potatoes I was given a sweet potato. This is the final straw for me with this location. Do yourself a favor - go somewhere, anywhere else.

Temperature was ridiculously cold. Enough we left due to discomfort.
Lady next to us had blanket and she donated to our 10 year eating with us.

Tonight was perfect & longhorn Steak house provided excellent service & the food was hot & fresh. Kudos to the mgr Mr. Robert & our waitress Camaya. My employee appreciation dinner was as planned. The team was happy with food & the vibe. I will return !!
