It was really busy but Kamiya made us feel like we were her only table. My steak was not cooked properly and she immediately noticed and got it corrected. My elderly mom was with us and raved about how patient Kamiya was with her and us. Food was not as great as we have come to expect here but service overcame.
We love the Regency Longhorns! Food is great. Feb 1 visit was terrific. Started with hostess Jai'lah. She was so sweet to bring a chair for my husband to sit until a table was ready then made sure to seat us close to the front due to ambulation issues. Our server was Chloe. She was amazing! Prompt, professional and personable as she made sure every thing was spot on. We love the overall team work that was at its best as all.of the staff worked together and seemed to be enjoying...
Shoutout to waitress Maya and manager Todd for turning my poor experience into a positive one. The first host/waiter we had was awful. His attitude was terrible and he spoke to me in a terrible way. I wish I remembered his name because I’d put him on blast. 0 stars for him. When I informed the manager about his behavior, he was appalled. He could not believe that man spoke to me that way. 5 stars for the manager and the new waitress we had.
