If your not in a rush, the atmosphere is great, but the service was extremely slow at 2pm on a Friday and not very busy. We waited 25 minutes for the order of a burger, side salad, strawberry salad and onion soup, plus another 20 minutes just to get the bill, and your water was never filled.

The gentleman that was our waiter tonight was AMAZING as well as the hostess who seated us within minutes of arriving. However the quality of the ribs were not the best, but they were good enough to eat. The lobster tail was magnificent and the bread was fresh. Our waiter constantly checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our evening, which was greatly appreciated. Management, thank you for running a smooth shift and having people that really go above and beyond for their guests.

We went for Valentine’s Day even joined the waitlist online, our server was absolutely amazing and was on top of everything. However the food was not up to par and what we have had at other locations. Shrimp boat 10 out of 10 main course came out and our steaks where cold and butter wasn’t even melted however our sides where fresh and hot, server took the steaks back and had 2 steaks remade however when they where brought back out they were medium rare when we asked for medium. Ask to speak with the manager and he seemed as though he did not care and only took the baked potatoes off the bill. We will never visit this location again.

Now I LOVE some Longhorn! But this one was sooooo disgusting!!! The menus were so dirty and stinky! And the bathroom (women) DIRTY!!!! When I saw those things I was ready to go, but it was late and my husband and kids were hungry, so I said maybe the food would be better, NOT!!! Steak not seasoned well, and the baked potato tasted like it had been sitting overnight. I asked for another one, but no different. 😩 I spoke to the waitress and she did her best, but no management came to the table to discuss my concerns, so I left UNHAPPY! I Will NOT go to this Longhorn ever! PLEASE CLEAN YOUR MENUS AND WOMEN BATHROOM, thank you for nothing. 🤦🏽‍♀️💔

I order a salmon and shrimp new menu special it came out the salmon was over cooked and burnt. I call for a manger to ask him to take away and told him the issue and he did not say anything just grabbed the plate and walked away. Worse customer service and 2025 just came in. We left over a 20% tip because it was not the waitress fault. First time for this bad experience in long horn after waiting 30 minutes for it to come out and when it did it was cold.

Long horn please do better with management and customer service.
