The gentleman that was our waiter tonight was AMAZING as well as the hostess who seated us within minutes of arriving. However the quality of the ribs were not the best, but they were good enough to eat. The lobster tail was magnificent and the bread was fresh. I order a salmon and shrimp new menu special it came out the salmon was over cooked and burnt. I call for a manger to ask him to take away and told him the issue and he did not say anything just grabbed the plate and walked away. Worse customer service and 2025 just came in. We left over a 20% tip because it was not the waitress fault. First time for this bad experience in long horn after waiting 30 minutes for it to come out and when it did it was cold.
