My cousin celebrated her 55th birthday at Longhorns with her family. The food was cold and most of the orders were not right. My cousin's neice had to wait a long period of time to get her food while the other people at the table received their food. The birthday girl 's shrimp were soggy even though she requested no rice. Her shrimp were soggy because they were placed on top of the shrimp. The $15.00 dollar hamburger that I had was dry and cold. Lettuce and tomatoe on sandwich was extremely thin. One of the baked potatoes was black and stale. The entire group was disappointed. Future birthday celebrations will be somewhere else.

Called for a reservation, was told they don’t have reservations but would seat us right away. Arrived to a 45 minute wait.It’s Easter, and I expected long waits, but don’t understand why they didn’t say they had a long wait and instead said they’d seat us right away.

It’s sadden me to give a 1 start because I visit this location in the regular but the service my husband and I received last night was shameful! After being seated no one acknowledged us over 15 minutes a wait who wasn’t even assigned to us acknowledge which we thank her for and get us some assistance. Then another 10-15 we’re asked would we like appetizer's(yes) we’re also ready to order ( ok let me just put your appetizers in first) after finally placing our order over an hour has past NO FOOD!!! When speaking with management who wasn’t so nice the outcome was oh since you wanted your meat well done that’s why it’s taking so long!!!!!! UNACCEPTABLE !!!! And fyi it wasn’t as busy as it usual is when we’ve gotten food much quicker and hot!!!!!! The service and management last night was HORRIBLE!!!
