Los Andes Restaurant- Atlantic Blvd

I was ok with this restaurant but after today I will not order again. I will say I was a frequent costumer, gave them so many chances but, today I placed an order with Uber eats, which they are great. Nothing to do with the quality and prices of this restaurant. I will say is going down hill, charging you almost $24 for a single piece of chicken and they will pick what part of the chicken they will give you. Is just ridiculous. Same with their sandwich, very poor quality, all the meat dried. A couple of years back was fine but they are just greedy and don't care anymore about quality & costumer loyalty. And on top , they don't check your order to make sure all your items are in the bag. Again, overall bad. I will not order again and will look for a better alternative of southmerican food. I'm so sure there is more restaurant options around. Thanks.

Great food!!!

First time visiting here enjoyed the rotisserie chicken and arroz chaufa. Shared salchipapas. Order rotisserie chicken and rice again. Portions are huge. They have desserts too but we were too full.

This place has the possibility to be a gold mine, but just misses the mark unfortunately. The food can be hit/miss. Sometimes the chicken is very good other times just too dry!

I absolutely love eating here! The rotisserie chicken is perfectly cooked and very moist. The sides are all amazing and full of flavor. Plus you can’t beat the price!

I ordered through door dash. I ordered the beef soup. It is advertised as 32oz. It was only 16 oz. Total rip off. The pork sandwich had like 3 chunks on it. Didn't even cover my bread once I shredded it. That has never happened. It came with a free empanada. We ended up fighting over it. We were still hungry. I have photos. Sad!

This is the second time I ordered take out and when I get home I am missing items from my order. I would highly recommend to review the order with the customers before they leave, instead of tying a knot on the bag and giving it to the them. The young lady who took my order, said she cannot give me a refund so I have to drive all the way back to pick up the missing items that I ordered. This is very frustrating. I don’t know if I’m gonna keep buying from this restaurant. It should not be difficult to give a customer what they ordered.

I have been a long time customer until now. I visit the Atlantic Blvd location weekly if not more often. The last time I visited I asked for all dark chicken as I always do which mind you is $21 for 1/2 chicken . The last visit they have me mixed chicken which is fine . I asked for dark meat they re-cooked meat thinking I meant it wasn’t dark enough (cooked) .

Today I go in ask for dark meat the lady who was a little rough charged me $2.00 extra for dark meat without mentioning there was additional cost for dark meat. I have never heard of extra charge for white meat it’s usually cheaper for white meat.
Seeing this I still tipped well . I am upset and will not be returning for $26 chicken lunch . It’s sad because this was my favorite restaurant in Jax . I doubt they charge anyone else $2 to downgrade to dark meat .

Food was great service was alright. It's summer in FL not having a functioning AC or choosing not to run the AC is a problem.
