Amazing food and service. I was kind of surprised as the place was empty. Please go and enjoy good food and cocktails.

Food was bland and not up to Peruvian standards. Lomo Saltado contains cumin and other spices, it's much closer to a poutine.
All the beef was very over cooked.
The other sauces were good.

Enjoyed 2 perfectly delightful dinners in this comfortable, authentic Peruvian- Mexican Bistro. The home-made guacamole which accompanied our tortilla chip appetizer was the freshest & best tasting we've ever had (incl. during several vacations in Riveria Maya!) The shrimp tacos are sublime- made with large, chopped & fresh Gulf shrimp and the Charro beans are not to be missed, nor are the addicting, made to order churros for dessert! Our server was exceptionally pleasant, attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Highly recommend!

I'm extremely disappointed and concerned about our recent experience celebrating my husband's birthday at Lula's Jax. What should have been a joyful family gathering turned into a nightmare.
We visited Lula's Jax with our entire family to celebrate a special occasion, but unfortunately, six out of ten family members, including myself, my husband, 11-month-old and 5-year-old, suffered from severe food poisoning. The symptoms were unbearable, including stomach cramps, vomiting and diarrhea.

The food was really good. The tostones appetizer was the best. The rest was good and filling. I got the chicken in mushroom sauce; really good. The service was ehhh, lackluster. We ran out of water and soda early into eating and only were checked on to bring the check. We debated dessert yet since no server ever checked in we didn’t know what was offered and decided not to ask.

Too rich. I was surprised to eat so well and so late in Jacksonville. Good service. Spectacular food. The fried fish recommended 100%

Very good service, Diana was my waitress and she did an excellent job. The ceviche was very delicious and fresh. I recommend that you go eat at Lulas.

I had a fantastic dining experience at Luna, largely thanks to our server, Leanna. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and she provided excellent recommendations that perfectly matched our tastes.
Leanna was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring our drinks were always full and checking in on us at just the right times. Her friendly demeanor and quick service contributed to a pleasant atmosphere throughout our meal.
Overall, Leanna's professionalism and dedication to customer service made our visit memorable. I highly recommend requesting her if you're dining at Luna!

I recently visited Lula’s Bistro and had a fantastic experience, thanks to the warm and attentive service from Leanna. She was welcoming from the moment we sat down, guiding us through the menu with genuine enthusiasm. Leanna was incredibly knowledgeable about the dishes and made excellent recommendations, especially on the Peruvian classics! She was attentive without hovering and made sure we had everything we needed for a great meal. Her professionalism and kindness added so much to the experience. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for authentic Peruvian cuisine and a friendly, top-notch service. Thanks, Leanna!

As you walk in, you have no idea this is a Latin restaurant. The ambiance is very cold and minimalist. Waited 30 minutes for an appetizer. Ordered the papa a la huancaina and potatoes were half cooked. After the refire, all but 1 of the potatoes was still undercooked but super hot. They served the cold raw cheese sauce over the piping hot potatoes and it proceeded to cook. Taste was off putting and lacked that unique huancaina flavor. The drinks were water downed. The grilled octopus was the only saving grace. It was tender and flavorful. Food was way overpriced. Way better Peruvian food elsewhere.

Service needs to be better if they want to keep customers, I ordered online at 11:40 and went to pick it up an hour after (12:40) and someone just asked me to show her the order because she didn’t get it but she knew what I ordered 🤯.

The worst ceviche, the worst service, the worst food... a Peruvian would never prepare that, what disgusting food... PERU IS NOT LIKE THIS ?never go, it is very expensive and it is not the reality of eating in Peru. The owners are Mexican and Colombian. So. Peruvian flavor you will never find in that restaurant
