Food was ok, but not outstanding. Lights were too bright, not much ambience. Our server was very nice, but the runners that brought our food didn't know who ordered what and where to put dishes. Three out of 5 people ordered the tenderloin and they delivered the MW to the person who ordered MR and vice versa. So, one person thought their steak was very overdone and one thought thier steak was very underdone. Server didn't check back until our meal was finished even though it was not that busy. We thought our meals were ok but could have been better for the price. Good options for food and drinks.

Great food and service. If you are dining for dinner, park in the parking garage. They lock doors to the Cannaday building in the evenings.

We always enjoy the M Brothers Culinary Passport dinners. This one was Hawaii. Interesting but no point, lol!

Kind courteous staff. Great choices of food from several cuisines. Service busy but consistent. Great wine list. An oasis for everyone who visits.

We had a nice meal at M Brothers. The mussel sauce could have used a little more flavor but the bread with the mussels was really good. The burrata was excellent. The lobster dish and short ribs were good. Service was a little slow. Had to ask for more water and tea and there were less than 10 other people there and 3 waitresses. Good but not exceptional.

The burrata, pork chop and icebox lemongrass cheesecake were spectacular! Caesar salad, brussel sprouts and lobster tagliatelle were good but seemed a bit flat. High top bar table is very wide and awkward. Server was knowledgeable and friendly. Overall, we'd go again but not anytime soon.

Perfect dining experience. The blackened flounder was seasoned perfectly and the dirty rice was the best I've ever eaten. But the highlight was the cheesecake — the lemon cheesecake with the blueberry topping is a MUST TRY.

Met and old friend for a birthday lunch. As always, service, food, staff and atmosphere were great.

M Brother at the Mayo was a pleasant surprise for us many years ago and we continue to dine and enjoy the hospitality of the restaurant. The entrees are always so good and the waitstaff is very attentive and helpful. We really appreciate Brandon and DeWayne and Dalvin! They remember us each time we come into to dine and always ask how we are doing. When you are going through some hard times, it is so nice to forget for a while and sit back and enjoy Southern hospitality at it's best.

Who knew hospital dining could rival a Michelin Star restaurant? M Brothers at Mayo completely redefines the concept. I began with warm, fluffy bread that had a perfectly crisp, buttery crust — the kind that makes you want to linger over every bite. The sausage bean soup arrived with humble, cafeteria-style presentation, but one spoonful erased any doubt: rich, hearty, and perfectly seasoned.

The star of the meal was the shrimp étouffée — tender shrimp nestled in a velvety, deeply flavorful sauce, poured over a crisp foundation, and accented with fresh greens, andouille sausage, and a delicate sprinkling of cheese. It was comfort food and fine dining all in one plate.

A glass of house Bordeaux paired beautifully, and the finale — a creamy cheesecake topped with sweet berry compote and a sprinkle of crumble — was the perfect closing note.

From start to finish, this was a masterclass in turning expectations upside down. If you find yourself at Mayo, don’t miss this hidden gem, but it’s a treat worth a special trip even if you lack the need to visit the clinic.

This place is almost a hidden gem as it’s a wonderful dining experience inside of the north entrance to the Mayo Clinic. Great place for a client lunch or a relaxing dinner listening to live saxophone.

Guy at bar didn't pay attention to anyone else there but 2 women. I ordered my food after waiting for a while. After 30 minutes I asked hostess to please check on my food. Which wasn't started. Another server came and and told him he didn't put order in. It was going to make me late to my next appointment . He finally brings my food and tells me next time get something from Zest the place next door.
