The saxophone music drew us in to this modern looking restaurant. We were seated immediately. We ordered the bread service which consisted of artesian bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and it was a good way to begin our meal. I ordered the featured meal of flounder paired with potatoes and green beans. It was delicious. My husband ordered the ribeye steak meal and he said it was just ok. For dessert, we shared a scoop of homemade Tiramisu ice cream which was yummy. Our server was just satisfactory. She did not add to our overall impression of the restaurant.

Wheelchair accessibility: I used a wheelchair and it folded up and they stored it in the restaurant.

Love this place and so thankful the Mayo has this restaurant for those who need to be there. Jordan Stephanie and Brandon I especially appreciate your attention and great service for the many days I was there! Braised short rib and shrimp etouffee are legit!

We had a party of 5, 3 out of towners who were pleasantly surprised at the prospect of a restaurant in the hospital. Everyone enjoyed their dishes and service was spot on. We have enjoyed this restaurant many times. Be prepared as it is not inexpensive.

This restaurant is a gem hidden on a healthcare campus. The staff and management are excellent, caring individuals. They make an exceptional team.
With a wide variety of top-shelf, hand crafted dishes across all meal courses. You would, I believe, find nothing to complain about. 100 out of 10. I highly recommend.

In a town with few good restaurant choices (unless you battle traffic into the heart of Jax) - M Brothers is an absolute find! Great food, great wine, and an open concept kitchen … or, opt for the bar side to be a little more casual but still get great food. …. And the place is inside of Mayo, which does make it odd but it seems to keep the crowds down.

Really excellent food! What a nice area for respite during a long day of appointments at Mayo Clinic. We had the burger, medium well with cheddar cheese and it was delicious. Mom has the house salad with a house dressing, also very tasty. The coffee was good and well-earned since we were up at 6:15 a.m

Totally enjoyed our evening. Nice ambiance, able to actually have a conversation without yelling, the meal was delicious. Service was perfect and server had a charming personality. We left very happy and highly recommend.
