I love boba tea and this store! Today, we had worst experience ever! It is a busy day today, we ordered 3 drinks. One of them had chew boba ( not brown sugar boba). The staff told me they out of the boba that I ordered and needs to wait 15 mins. I said it’s is ok to wait because I didn’t want brown sugar boba. After 15mins waiting, another staff told me the boba that I ordered needs another 40 mins waiting after I already wait 15mins… very rude staffs. And I ended up with a boba milk tea without boba…. And this drink cost me $8.5…Will NEVER come back. And this place used to be my go to place:(

Awesome drinks and at a somewhat reasonable price

Good tea and a nice environment. I like that they let people put little sticky notes on the wall, nice touch. A little too chunky at the bottom but good flavors.

My favorite boba place. The restaurant is gorgeous and we love the vibe.

I would personally say this is a nice, more secluded Boba shop. It has a large range of options to choose from for your drink, and they even serve Cake slices, and Macaroons. Overall this Boba tea shop was great, and would fully be worth coming to again.

It used to be great, but now the taste has changed and the service is bad！

Came here after brunch, the decoration around was great, welcoming and creative as well
got myself a strawberry matcha latte but all I got to say is 7.5/10 it’s more milk and strawberry purée than anything as well I said let me mix it around see if the match at the top would make a difference but all I could taste from the bottom and even middle was just the milk and purée again which is unfortunate :(. But I wouldn’t call it a strawberry matcha latte if customers can only taste the milk and purée than the name itself tbh but if other demographic like the way it is then for sure. Overall decent drink .

I love it here every time I get my milk tea, creme brulee milk tea with no bobas. It's delicious 😋 😋 😋 😋 😋 😋

They have actual DAIRY FREE bases for their drinks!!!
And they are delicious. Great experience, great customer service every time!

Place used to feel welcoming and clean . So that would leave me to visit often. Today I walked in and was not greeted with kindness . I seen an emotionless individual glare at me with no smile as she sat her phone down . She look at me and said what can I get for you . I walked out without ordering because the interaction was very rude and stand offish !

The drinks are decent, but customer service is terrible. I ordered 3 drinks and 1 of them had a faulty lid. The drink spilled all over in its bag and it clearly wasn’t an issue with the other drinks- as they were fine. I checked to see if the cup broke but it was the lid which had an opening from one of the holes. I had not even drank or open it at all. I called and asked for a replacement and I can hear a manager in the back scoff and say no. I also got no boba, yet they added it in. Learn to put on lids correctly and be kind.

Customer service at moge is so bad now. Looking at past reviews it’s clear who the problem is. My friend had a faulty lid and her drink spilled, yet all our other ones were fine. They couldn’t even get the order right.
