Been waiting in a line to the bar for 10 MINUTES. They've served 3 ppl. They are just kind of ignoring people. Not a good place if you just want a drink. I'm here for a friend's bday thankfully. Edit: I wished my friend a happy birthday and left after waiting 10 more minutes. Shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes to get a gin and tonic.

Tristan went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful time. A game that we love to play, kept having issues and he was very kind and patient. He fixed the issue every time without hesitation! You can REALLY TELL HE LOVES HIS JOB!! We love Main Event even more thanks to him!!

There needs to be better organization between parties and regular main event goers if you have a party the laser tag should be marked off for the party we shouldn’t have to wait in line for 35 mins just because there is a party that joined the line after we had already been waiting15 mins. I won’t be coming back it’s a waste of money and other main events have way more for less.

Worst experience ever at Main Event. We were refused service simply because we presented European passports. Even after showing valid American IDs, they still refused to sell us a beer for no valid reason.
The manager, Cinthia, came over and instead of resolving the situation, she argued with us and was extremely unprofessional. She also took pictures of us without our consent, which made the situation even more uncomfortable and inappropriate.
The situation was even more frustrating considering that the place strongly smelled like weed, yet they chose to enforce arbitrary rules against us while allowing that environment.
We were hosting family members who are visiting the country for vacation, and this incident was extremely embarrassing.
To make things worse, she asked our entire family to leave. We felt discriminated against, disrespected, and completely unwelcome.
This experience was unacceptable. We will not be returning and do not recommend this location to anyone.

Service was bad. We were there for a birthday party. I asked our waitress to place an order she told me I would have to wait for someone else to take my order. I ended up having to order at the bar. The bar service was great. The bathrooms were awful.

This place is going downhill fast. I’ve loved coming here ever since it was Latitude 30, but tonight completely changed my perspective, and I will not be returning.
The customer service from the moment we walked in until the moment we left was absolutely unacceptable. My sister was celebrating her 46th birthday, and when I arrived, she and others in our party had already been standing at the hostess stand for about 10 minutes without a single employee acknowledging them.
We then went to the bar, where we waited another 10 minutes before I finally had to ask if we could order a drink—no one had approached us or taken our order. We had a bowling lane reserved and assumed that would result in better service, but it was actually worse.
After signing in and starting our game, 10–15 minutes passed before we had to track someone down just to get a waitress to our lane. Even then, the service was rude and disorganized. While taking our order, the waitress walked away twice saying “I’ll be back” without confirming anything, forcing her to return just to finish taking the order for our party of six.
Because of this, the food came out piecemeal—some people never even received their food at all, and not even the drinks arrived at the same time. We played an entire game before everything was partially resolved.
When we spoke with the manager, Sydney, she focused more on blaming the kitchen than taking responsibility for the poor service we received. While she did offer one free bowling ticket, it won’t be used, as we have no intention of returning. To make matters worse, the bathrooms were also extremely dirty.
Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience, especially for a birthday celebration. Sadly, this visit ensured it will be our last.

Took my kids there and all we smelled was weed. One third of the games didn’t work. 2/3 of the seats on the driving games did not adjust. The skeet ball was broken. Not sure if this is a franchise but the owner should be stripped of the store for lack of management and maintenance. This place could be amazing but ITs NOT!

Love this place, we always have such a great time when we go here. We are usually in the arcade and there's always going to be a machine or two or three that messes up but they are accommodating and put tickets or tokens on your card to give you extra plays or give you your winnings. Arcade is kind of expensive though but we just choose the highest one because you get more bang for your buck. We haven't done anything else and we haven't eaten in the restaurant.

The lane stopped for 15 mins after 3 throws and and a rude staff member came with the ' shoes policy'. Their shoes are dirty, floors and tables gross and sticky.

If you come when it’s slow, it’s a great place to be with a few friends. It does get busy, though, and the prices are on the higher side.

We didn't eat but played alot of games. The staff was friendly and helpful. The expresso martini was not delicious, unfortunately. It came out of a machine pre-made.
Kids had an incredible time and we would definitely come back.
