From the moment we arrived the experience was less than satisfactory. We waited several minutes to be seated. A few people asked us how they could help. I said we were waiting for the hostess so we could be seated. Eventually, we were seated we placed our drink order and then eventually our food order. We ordered an appetizer and two meals. The appetizer came out with the food. The appetizer we got was the queso dip, and when she set it down on the table, all of the chips slid off of the plate onto the table. It wasn’t it appeared. The waitress is just going to leave us with those chips as she started to walk away, and I called her back and asked for new chips. She went and get us new chips that were stale and covered in grease and broken in very tiny pieces and also, there was a hair in the chips. The server never came back for drink refills, or to check on us. After we finished dinner we went to use the restroom. My husband used the men’s room, which was disgusting and filthy and I use the women’s room which was also disgusting and filthy. Several stalls had things in them toilet paper feces urine smelled Was very disappointed. After we use the restroom, we did play a few games in the arcade and then chose to leave. I don’t think we’ll be returning there. The overall experience just was not good. The customer service was horrible.

The young lady charity at the entrance desk was FIRE with her customer service skills. She greeted us with a smile, explained in details any questions we had and made sure we enjoyed our experience. 10/10 from SOUTH CAROLINA

Could be a very nice place but desperately needs some maintenance. The air ducts are so dusty and need a good cleaning. Plus they desperately need to fix their hvac system it was ridiculously hot in the building.

Jasmine did a great job helping us with Nephew’s seventh birthday party. Everything was on time and executed extremely well. She was great and very professional and had an amazing attitude. Would definitely come again!

Service sucks in the bowling area we waiting a whole hour for service then the new employee in training was left to put in a order on her own and she didn’t even put it in correct we bought a whole new hour and then they didn’t bring out drinks for another 20 so yea Ts sucks

Not a fan. I used to like this place but after the last kid party, it's a hard no for me. From bowling times not being met at the right time to lane issues to miss our Laser tag time, with sugared up kids! What the heck are y'all thinking?!?!?? When our buffet was set up, no napkins or silverware. Geezz! 🙄. It was ok food. Pizza, salad, chips queso and chicken nuggets, nothing to rave about. Silverware shoes up after most of us were done eating and the salad was barely touched. Because silverware came late. I'm glad I didn't pay for that. Whomever did I hope y'all gave them a huge discount.

Parking: Park in the garage next door especially during hot 🥵 or rainy ☔ days.

Kid-friendliness: Yes and no. Yes there are video games, but that's all they can do on their own. Bowling so much instruction, don't bring your 7 yr olds here. They shouldnt even do parties for under 10! It was chaos. Not well handled.
