The vibes are on point, the ice cream is delicious and the owner couldn’t be more friendly and welcoming. Everything in this ice cream shop is PERFECT and INTENTIONAL ❤️

I definitely loved the ice cream nachos with a shot of bourbon so I would definitely recommend that.
Only reason why I gave two out of five stars is because the lady who was at the cash register was very rushy and had an attitude like she didn’t want to be bothered, I didn’t even feel comfortable sitting in the ice cream place because of her vibe

Gorgeous, photo-worthy, well-curated space with a selection of decadent ice creams, sorbets, sweet treats, and boozy drinks (including signature/seasonal specials featuring sorbet or sherbet). Favorite flavor to date is their banana pudding ice cream! Owner Ashley is typically on-site for questions, suggestions, and personal recommendations; and is always ready to chat local JAX with a smile! 10/10.

We frequent this place a lot and always bring our guests who come from out of town. My cousin and I came in during the hotter months for ice cream. My cousin who is not from here was not feeling well and needed to sit down before she bought anything. She felt as if she wanted to faint. The owner asked if we’re buying anything and I responded saying we were going to sit first. The owner said they don’t do that here. I understand wanting people to buy first, but thought she would understand that my cousin was not well. She ended up apologizing but the situation was still off putting.

Me and a friend of mine came here to get some ice cream since we heard good reviews about the place. We met Ashley who was very polite with us and allowed us to sample the ice creams. There were a lot of good selections of ice cream. She was kind enough to give us recommendations on fun spots around town. Overall pleasant and great ambiance, wonderful experience!

This was my first time visiting this cute little shop. Clean, upscale atmosphere with reasonably priced cocktails, and desserts that satisfied my sweet tooth just right. Perfect place for both a date night or a casual family visit.

My boyfriend and I visited this place during my stay in Jacksonville due to the storm in Tampa… We have been to many ice cream shops in Tampa, and without a doubt I can say that Malachis exceeded my expectations, the girl who served us was very friendly, incredible cleanliness… and the flavor is on another level, highly recommended.

The owner (I didn't ask her name) was great! The customer service was on point and the decor was beautiful. This establishment was very clean. The Mango Sorbet is what I had. Anybody that knows me, I'm a mango girl.

This place is a must whenever I have out of town guests. The atmosphere & the ice cream are exceptional, small, cozy & quaint. The young man working last night was not as friendly as the other workers . He spoke, I observed him being a Whole lot friendlier to the Caucasian couple that entered minutes after us. I could have let that ruin my experience butI didn’t because all of my previous visits have been Remarkable.

Cute little ice cream shop. Love the decor and the vibe is cute. Ice cream is good, seems a tad pricy for ice cream but it’s good.
Only con was I asked for banana pudding ice cream and got mint chocolate chip? I like both flavors so I didn’t ask for a switch.

Edit: just saw the review and upgrading to a five star, definitely didn’t need a refund since I did eat the mint, but top notch business to respond like that. Thanks for being awesome! Next time I’m in the area I’ll be by again?
