I happened to stumble upon a tour I seen browsing the internet a while ago. So, I decided to take their distillery tour. Before the tour started, we had a couple of cocktails and enjoyed the atmosphere. It’s a cute place with a bar. The cocktails were delicious and powerful lol. The tour I must say was very informative. The guide was cool. I do not remember his name as this review is long overdue. Although the tour was short, the guide made it flow nicely were you understood without missing a beat. We got to taste several of their Spirits. Oh, and they are strong. So, bring your non-drinking buddy if you take the tour. It was a nice experience and I would love to do it again.

Was in Jacksonville for a weekend getaway my cousin and I and went here for a tour and tasting. I purchased a Groupon two weeks prior to the trip. I received a email a few days before the tour saying that they were short staffed and couldn’t do the tour that day. That was the only day my cousin and I could have done it because our entire weekend was planned out with tours and activities all weekend. I called to get a refund and was told that they couldn’t do it because it was a Groupon he was very nice about it and asked if we could do it another day I explained to him that we couldn’t so he says to me let me get back to you let me see what we can do so I said ok if not I will just dispute the charge on my cc. He called back the next day apologized for the inconvenience and said that one of the owners was going to come to do the tour. I said to him that’s not necessary and he said it was no problem! The owner did come and give us the tour! He even gave us a little more samples to taste than what we originally were supposed to get! This establishment is incredible in their customer service they take pride and go beyond to service you. I’m not a gin or whiskey drinker but theirs tasted so good!

Meet Corey last night. I came in with an intentional group of shipping and receiving personnel including a FedEx shipping manager just before close. I hate gin but noticed a bottle they distill that was golden colored. After talking to Corey briefly about it, he let me sample it and it was incredible. Never would I have thought I was a gin guy until last night. I purchased a bottle and hope that TSA doesn't steal it before my flight home. Would return again for sure!

Great place and some of the best spirits I have tasted anywhere. Jim was a great host speaking to his craft and I Walked out of there with a bottle of 10 year. I will definitely be going back!

We were thrilled to embark on a new Date Night adventure at Manifest Distilling (visited 12/30/23). Opting for the 30-minute Distillery Tour, we were greeted by our Tour Guide, Corey, whose expertise left us in awe. Corey's knowledge extended across their products, production methods, alcohol laws, competitors, and the rich history of distilling. Beyond his wealth of knowledge, Corey's charismatic demeanor ensured our group was thoroughly entertained and engaged throughout the tour, resulting in a truly memorable experience.
Following the tour, we were treated to a tasting of Manifest Distilling's unique signature spirits. The bartending staff's exceptional customer service further enhanced our experience. Not only were they attentive to their regular patrons, but they also extended their hospitality to the Tour Tasters, ensuring everyone felt welcome and cared for.
After the tasting, we had the option to linger and enjoy specialty drinks from the bar or purchase a bottle of our favorite tasting spirit to take home. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we wholeheartedly recommend it for a delightful date night filled with fun and flavor.
