I'm sad the Edgewood location closed down, it was way better in terms of food and atmosphere I used to love going there. This one just doesn't compare.

This is not the Maple Street we knew, Sysco Chicken plagues the place while it looks somewhat like a Taco Bell and an IHOP and a Culver’s. The executive team and their brand specialists should be ashamed of themselves and our deepest thoughts, Prayers and love to the poor employees you have to work in such a toxic place.

Wowwwwww!!! My husband & I just happened to come here on a Saturday morning after the remodeling & everything was free. The food was phenomenal! My husband got the Eggstreme biscuits & gravy & I got the sausage egg & cheese biscuit. We ate every single bite & I was mopping up the last of the gravy with a piece of leftover biscuit. Mmmmm… they have lots of breakfast options but they have plenty of lunch options as well. We loved it. The staff was superb, very attentive and accommodating. Great prices for a restaurant in the San Marco area. Definitely worth your time for a savory breakfast or lunch. Thank you, MapleStreet!!! That was a sweet surprise to our Saturday morning. We will definitely be back!

Had an AWESOME visit! Everyone’s food was delicious, service was quick, and staff was extremely friendly. The manager even stopped by to see how our meal was! We had the chocolate chip waffles, smash browns, and the sunrise mimosa! Prices were extremely reasonable, would give it 10 stars!!!!

I loved it. The food was amazing. And I loved the quirky way they have for the customers to name something.

Love maple street in general, but we walked into this location 40 minutes before closing and weren't allowed to place a small, simple order. Pretty disappointing.

This location is filthy. The windows and doors, the tables, the dust all over and hanging from the ceiling and the floors even up against the walls. I ordered online for pick up. Was to be ready for pick up at 1204. They hadn't even started making the power bowl , which does not have avocado slices, it's smashed avocado. The sunny side up eggs were well done. The smashbrowns were good. Will never order from here again
It looks like a dive bar that hasn't been gentrified... and the staff were disorganized and mostly juat seemed confused about everything. Three other customers came back in with their receipts because their orders were wrong or incomplete.

The food is overpriced and you clean your own table when you've completedyourmeal. There is really nothing special.

I do not know why this place is rated 4.6.. My wife's and I experience was a very bad first experience. The quality of food was average at best. I had high hopes for this restaurant and was very disappointed. Of course we ordered unpopular items for our test. The coffee bar dirty unstocked and warm at best offerings. The coffee does have potential. Ill never eat here again.

This place is disgusting. It’s dirty and there’s mold in every vent on the ceiling. I don’t even know how they stay open. Would never go there again.

I’ve been trying to hold back from this review because I used to LOVE this place. The past couple of times I’ve been here, including today, I’ve walked away very disappointed and highly dissatisfied with the portions and quality of the food.

I ordered the 5 and Dime as usual. I remember when they actually used to give you a whole chicken breast, now its more like the size of a Mcnugget. Portions have gone down while prices have gone up.

Understandably so, things have generally become more expensive, I get it. But the least you can do is upkeep the quality of the small portions you’re serving.

The past 2 times my chicken has been mostly breading, and the little actual chicken I have gotten has been like chewing on a peice of rubber.

I was hoping that it was just an off day the last day I went, but at this point, I would be a fool to come back and spend $18 on a biscuit with a mcnugget and a coffee, and believe that I’m going to enjoy it and walk out with satisfaction. Not coming back any time soon.

The staff is really nice and inviting. The food is good. I wish there were other options besides chicken for the non- pork eating patrons. The biscuits are incredible and we actually ordered some to take with us!
