Let me tell you, my friends and I came here on Sunday, it’s football Sunday and they were packed. They were bit behind, but kept it pushing. But man when I tell you I had that five and dime sandwich IT WAS GREATNESS!! That gravy man it was phenomenal it was rich, creamy and had a huge sausage so I’m having 2 different meats which is worth every single dime I paid for. Those tasty hashbrowns were sooo good and those grits chefs kiss! The manager of the place I believe Destiny walked around talking to people and then came to us. Told us a little bit about the company and also that everything is made from scratch and which is amazing. She gave us a free iced cinnamon biscuitss which man when I tell you that biscuit was bussing!! Let’s just say we enjoyed the experience and even came back today. I had to leave a review

If I could I would give it ZERO stars! Absolutely horrible food! Let me repeat HORRIBLE! The biscuits and sausage gravy were discussing!! Sausage in the gravy none existent and only a smear on top of biscuits! I had to go pay for little bit more! The gravy had lumps of flour, absolutely no sausage! The fried green tomatoes were bland, and very thick cut, unevenly cooked, no flavor. Hash browns were an absolute joke. We will NEVER, EVER step foot in this place again! Save your money people and go somewhere else! Horrible experience!

I was NOT ready. I was ready just to eat to fill my stomach. My eyes quickly grew bigger than my stomach. This is your cheat day or just because you can and you will! And how they take the name for your order. IYKYK. A must visit!

Even though we got there about 30 minutes before closing, they still could have done better. We got there late because we couldn't find the place. There's not a big sign up like all the other businesses in the area. We passed it 3 times and finally saw the sign on the door. The coffee had coffee beans floating on top, the ice machine ran out of ice before I could finish filling my cup, the water was not working properly on the fountain drink machine. My biscuit was hard enough to be a paper weight, my pattie sausage was not cooked thoroughly and my cheese eggs barely had any cheese. The young lady at the register was friendly, but another young lady kept sweeping around us while we were eating (I hate when people sweep in the area while I'm eating). Ugh...

Typically very consistent but I was extremely disappointed with my last visit. I ordered the 6 piece Kickin' Chicken Strips basket and the takeout container I received was significantly smaller than the 4 piece basket I had ordered a few months ago. The portion size has significantly decreased and the size of the chicken strips was laughable. Most were small but one was even smaller than a standard chicken nugget. The quality of the chicken seems to have changed too, texture was strange in some areas and I had a chunk of rock hard breading the size of my thumb. The potato chips have also decreased in size and half of the chips were only cooked on the outside edges with white, raw centers due to being stuck together in the fryer. On top of it all I had received incorrect sauces with my order as well. Otherwise, flavors were decent and the side of smashbrowns was fairly good despite one of them being undercooked. Hoping that this is just an off day and not the new normal.
