When ordering they were out of orange juice, they were out of grits. I ordered an egg sandwich and some smash browns. Close to 20 minutes later the egg sandwich came out, but the smash browns did not. I finished eating and went back in to request a refund for my smash browns- note that it was only me and one other customer in the store throughout this process so it’s not like they were busy at all. The restaurant was incredibly dirty in the dining area as well as behind in the kitchen. Don’t sit inside as they clearly don’t have good ventilation and your clothes will smell. Please do not go to this location there are several other Maple Street biscuits around the US and I visited one in Savannah less than a week ago which was a wonderful experience and incredibly clean place.

Not my style, I don't like breakfast foods very much. But they had VERY delicious chocolate waffles in the Sweet Grace dish. And I always like strawberries!They also had bottled water as one of the drinks at the soda fountain. My favourite drink. (:

First time in Jacksonville and I didn't know that Maple Street Biscuit Company had more stores in other cities but definitely the most delicious Biscuits I have ever tried, the attention of the staff and the atmosphere of the place made us forget about the hotel's included breakfast to run out to have breakfast here ?... thousand times to repeat!

Oh my goodness, this place is AMAZING! The food is incredible and so fresh. The gal that took our order was super sweet and friendly. The restaurant itself was clean and tidy. I wish there were open later so we could go again for dinner. We are from out of town and this place was high on this list of places to try. I am glad I got to try this.

OMG I am in a food coma!!! This food was absolutely delicious!! You can't go wrong with anything you order! I love that instead of them calling your name, they call an item/place/thing of whatever you love. For example, I love the beach so when my food was ready they called The Beach. Super cute. Seating is limited but everyone is happy to share room at their table. When you've recovered from eating all your food, you bus your own plates. Small price to pay for amazing food & fast service.
