It's moments like this when an employee shows just how much he couldn't care less about the food he's preparing for you. His fingers were fingernails deep in your pizza dough while talking to his buddy then paused to pull out his cell phone that typically carries about 10,000 to 1 million bacteria per square inch, 🦠Common microbes: Staphylococcus (including S. aureus), E. coli, and various skin or environmental bacteria are the most common. I see this in every restaurant I go in. And then right back to handling your food, you think they care? Absolutely not, they aren't eating it YOU ARE. And I can only imagine how many of his long hairs from his scruffy beard has fallen onto your pizza dough because of NO hair net for head or face.

Everytime we have Marcos it is great. Tonight I had a problem with my order. The team was kind enough to fix it efficiently. Then the door dasher accidentally gave me the wrong order. The employees called me before I could call them to tell me they were sending the correct order and to keep what I had. They did the same for the other person as well. I just have to say I feel like they went over and beyond. And their pizza is waaaaay better than the other pizza places. Give them a try they have a great deal on Medium 1 topping pizzas for $6.99. Our family loves MARCOS!

The food provided looked excellent and the service was amazing however I could not bring myself to eat any of the food. None of the staff wore gloves and I watched a team member going from task to task with no hand washing or anything. And the pizza cutter was caked up with old cheese it just felt unsanitary and not safe to eat… my child has allergies and just knowing the pizza cutter is not cleaned between different pizzas with the variety of toppings offered mixed with all the germs from lack of gloves is disheartening after paying over $60 for food for my family
