The pizza wasn't bad it was the experience with a worker that was not pleasant. I signed onto my online Marco's account to place a pickup order. When I submitted my order, I received a message stating that my credit card could not be processed. So, I re-checked the credit card info to make sure it was correct, and it was, so I assumed maybe it was just a site connection issue, so I tried it again. I received the same message. Given I knew it was not my credit card I logged onto my online banking just to make sure my card wasn't being charged/authorized even though the Marco's website was saying it was unable to process. To my surprise my card was charged both times! I called the store to confirm they had my order which they did not. I proceeded to ask what I do in this situation; I don't want to keep charging via the website as I will keep getting charged. While explaining to the store rep HE LITERALLY HUNG UP ON ME!! Little did he know I was 1 mile from the store given the order was to be a pick up. When I arrived, I spoke with the manager and allowed him to see the charges on my account. He explained their website has payment processing issues sometimes and other customers have complained about this as well and I will need to wait and see if the charges fall off. I stated so you know your website has this issue and yet it has not been corrected!?! Although the manager was more professional it still did not erase the fact an employee hung up on me and Marco's is aware their website has this issue and have not corrected it. Going forward IF I decide to order pizza from Marco's, I will call it in for pickup.

I never have any issues with this place because the food is always good. A recent visit I had this evening made me want to submit a review however. I typically order directly from the site but today I ordered via DoorDash and there’s no place to request square cut pizza which I usually get. Well when I received my pizza it was my usual square cut! Not sure if anyone remembered that’s what I usually like and decided to go ahead and square cut it for me or if it was a coincidence but it made me feel happy and valued as a customer. Thanks Marcos!

I ordered the TRIPLE PEPPERONI MAGNIFICO but the pizza was nothing like advertised. It had less pepperoni than the basic pepperoni magnifico. Found that out when I got home. And I gave him a nice tip.

This place is my our family's # 1 pizza place! They are always made fresh and the crust is so soft! Always made with love. UNFORTUNATELY, we hosted our very first event since moving to Florida last weekend and decided to go with Marcos because they NEVER disappoint😒 We ordered the 5 pizza deal. What we received is not what we ordered! The pizza was overcooked, the cheese burned and the crust was hard. We ordered thick crust. This was not that and was not up to standard at all. I was completely disappointed and embarrassed to serve this at our first gathering! I am still upset that this is the standard that they handed this pizza to us when it was below quality. This should've been re-done. EXTREMELY disappointed
