We moved to the area 4 years ago and the last Marcos Pizza we had was in Nashville . Super happy to have found this one ๐Ÿ˜€. Not close to home, but the drive is doable.

The pizza was tasty, but there just wasnโ€™t enough pepperoni on it. I was expecting a pepperoni pizza and ended up with mostly cheese and a couple of slices here and there. The crust and sauce were good, but the skimpy toppings were a letdown.

The pizza wasn't bad it was the experience with a worker that was not pleasant. I signed onto my online Marco's account to place a pickup order. When I submitted my order, I received a message stating that my credit card could not be processed. So, I re-checked the credit card info to make sure it was correct, and it was, so I assumed maybe it was just a site connection issue, so I tried it again. I received the same message. Given I knew it was not my credit card I logged onto my online banking just to make sure my card wasn't being charged/authorized even though the Marco's website was saying it was unable to process. To my surprise my card was charged both times! I called the store to confirm they had my order which they did not. I proceeded to ask what I do in this situation; I don't want to keep charging via the website as I will keep getting charged. While explaining to the store rep HE LITERALLY HUNG UP ON ME!! Little did he know I was 1 mile from the store given the order was to be a pick up. When I arrived, I spoke with the manager and allowed him to see the charges on my account. He explained their website has payment processing issues sometimes and other customers have complained about this as well and I will need to wait and see if the charges fall off. I stated so you know your website has this issue and yet it has not been corrected!?! Although the manager was more professional it still did not erase the fact an employee hung up on me and Marco's is aware their website has this issue and have not corrected it. Going forward IF I decide to order pizza from Marco's, I will call it in for pickup.

They have this on their site for 9.99! Great deal, order was ready when I got there. I got home to shower after work and the pizza was still hot out the box! Great job guys and thanks for dinner.
