I recently placed an online delivery order, and although my apartment number is correctly listed on my account, it appears that this information was not transmitted to the store. When I called to check on my order, I was informed that it had been left at the leasing office without my knowledge or consent.
Because the food had been sitting unattended, I requested that the order be remade, as I could not be certain of its condition or safety. The owner refused, stated the issue was my fault, and said she would not remake or refund the order due to wasted product and driver time. I also did not receive any missed calls from the store, despite being told attempts were made to contact me.
When I asked for the corporate phone number to escalate the concern, I was told that “they won’t do anything about it.” The owner was dismissive, rude, and showed no empathy for the situation or for basic customer needs. The call ended abruptly without any attempt to resolve the issue.
It ultimately took me going to the store in person for the situation to be rectified. While I appreciate that it was eventually resolved, the lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer care displayed beforehand was very disappointing.
Good customer service includes respectful communication and a willingness to address legitimate concerns. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below those expectations.

I’ve been to a few Marcos in different states I’ve lived in. This one is by far the best and it’s not close. The pizza at this location on particular is significantly better than other locations around Jax.
Owners were unbelievably kind when I spoke to them. Thank you for being the go to spot and being consistent!

I left a message through the feedback form because my phone number had been blocked, even though I was a regular customer. I never received a response. I arrived 2 hours and 5 minutes later. I didn’t need the pizza to be hot, but I was told that my pizza had already been sold. Later, I discovered that I couldn’t place an order on the website because of that incident. I’ve been avoiding this pizzeria and the rest of the chain for about six months now. They never reached out. It’s a strange way to treat customers.

When delivering a pizza you shouldn't give the driver 2 pizza orders because one of them is bound to be not hot .. and thats what I got, a not hot pizza and cheesesticks the order was on its way at 6:18pm and didn't arrive until 6:58 I live 5 minutes away from the store.. I won't be here again for awhile.

This marco's is bay meadows, The workers are mainly young in their 20s very respectful. The food is cooked, very good sandwiches, good Pizza, good wings, and they always tell me when there's a coupon for what I order and they let me use it. Very good location. All good service

If you're looking for a pizza place that goes above and beyond, you have to try Marcos at Hodges and JTB. I have tried other Marcos locations is this one is by far the best! The quality of the food is unmatched – you can taste the fresh ingredients and care that goes into every dish. We had the Deluxe on thin crust and Pepperoni on original crust with garlic parm crust, and it was incredible. The real difference-maker here is the ownership. The owners are actively involved in the day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and every guest is satisfied. Their commitment to excellence shines through in every interaction and every bite. It truly makes for a consistently great experience. Marcos at Hodges and JTB is our go to for pizza night!

Crust tastes like a bad loaf of bread, cheese has little to no flavor. Guess that’s what you get at a franchise pizza place that uses a conveyor belt oven.

Although this location is closest to my home, I recommend going to the Marcos at Kernan over this Hodges location. Reasons are as follows:
1) They do not honor most deals available. As an example, my order today would have cost $48 at Hodges, but instead cost $32 at Kernan. At Hodges, we’ve literally been told that “they may as well just give it away, if we’re going to honor deals.
2) They skimp on toppings. If you order a two topping pepperoni, you’re going to get only one or two veggies per slice and about 2 pepperonis.While Kernan gives ample toppings giving delicious presentation.
3) The morale and vibe is very low. It’s a depressing atmosphere when entering. Management is not warm or friendly. While Kernan is very upbeat and busy but fast.
