If you're looking for a pizza place that goes above and beyond, you have to try Marcos at Hodges and JTB. I have tried other Marcos locations is this one is by far the best! The quality of the food is unmatched – you can taste the fresh ingredients and care that goes into every dish. We had the Deluxe on thin crust and Pepperoni on original crust with garlic parm crust, and it was incredible. The real difference-maker here is the ownership. The owners are actively involved in the day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and every guest is satisfied. Their commitment to excellence shines through in every interaction and every bite. It truly makes for a consistently great experience. Marcos at Hodges and JTB is our go to for pizza night!

Although this location is closest to my home, I recommend going to the Marcos at Kernan over this Hodges location. Reasons are as follows:
1) They do not honor most deals available. As an example, my order today would have cost $48 at Hodges, but instead cost $32 at Kernan. At Hodges, we’ve literally been told that “they may as well just give it away, if we’re going to honor deals.
2) They skimp on toppings. If you order a two topping pepperoni, you’re going to get only one or two veggies per slice and about 2 pepperonis.While Kernan gives ample toppings giving delicious presentation.
3) The morale and vibe is very low. It’s a depressing atmosphere when entering. Management is not warm or friendly. While Kernan is very upbeat and busy but fast.

Really rude, food wasn’t cooked properly, cold and 45 min wait for delivery they ran my card 3 times and reversed and changed price on my order 3TIMES UNACCEPTABLE!do not waste your money on this rubbish of a restaurant, just dissatisfied at my dinner being unable to feed my family ! Shame on you
Their pizza is consistently excellent! Crust is always perfect, ingredients are always fresh and delicious, service is pleasant and polite, and when eating in the dining room, it is always very neat and clean. This is the best “franchise” pizza I have ever had! They set the standard for me, and I’ve yet to see that standard surpassed in my experience.

The pizza was great. However they gave you a decent plate to eat off of and then they gave you plastic fork and knife that wouldn't cut anything. The price was outrageous

Pre-ordered 19 pizzas for my employees for Employee Appreciation Day last Friday at 11 a.m. The pizzas were cold/old, and I was extremely embarrassed that I had to serve them to my employees. Store was contacted and were told the pizzas sat for 30 minutes before you picked them up, due to another large order that was due 50 minutes after ours. We showed up exactly when we said. Used to be our go to, but that is no longer the case. Owner replied to my review and wanted to make it right and wanted me to fill out the form, which I did and I've never heard a word.
