This is the 2nd time we’ve ordered for delivery & did not receive our order. Marco’s uses DoorDash vs having drivers, then they proceed to tell us we need to dispute with DoorDash… We did NOT order through DoorDash, we ordered on Marco’s website. We’ve been a Marco’s customer for years & never had this issue when they had their own drivers.Never again… DON’T DO DELIVERY FROM MARCO’S.

Ordered 4 pizzas at 2 pm for a 5 pm pickup. Almost 6 pm and still haven't gotten the pizzas. This place can't handle itself, poorly managed.

Ordered through Uber Eats. Taste is very “generic” … like from Dominoes or some big corporate type chain. The pizza was “just okay” … bland. Tomato sauce especially tasted, to us from Europe, like a basic tomato sauce with no seasoning. Ordered their Hawaiian… supposed to have chicken on it… must have been imaginary or invisible chicken. Not trying to be quaint… but literally nothing there. We added green mushrooms, which was $2.64 on a large. They were there… all 12 or 13 pieces. For that price I can buy an entire jar of them and add them afterwards. Realizing this is another failed corporate chain that has gone the route of skimping on toppings, no real flavor, and just an overall disappointment. Definitely will not be ordering from them again… too many other local places with MUCH better food and flavor.

I ordered through the website and it was sent out via Doordash, which is usually fine, but this time my drivers car broke down on the side of the road. I understand things happen that's out of our control, so I called the store and Marie was super helpful in resolving the issue!

I ate at this location twice this week. The first time, things were pretty good. The second was a disaster. There were only two people working and I understand that, you can get flustered but those young women were mean mugging the customers and not acknowledging people that were waiting. They were good to me but man the atmosphere in that store was horrible and they were going from the register to the food without washing their hands and talking crazy to the customers. I would’ve left if I didn’t pay online. Then when I got my calzone, it had whole, uncooked pieces of onions, onion peel, and green peppers. I’ve never been served something this poorly from a pizza joint. To management: if you are short staff just consider closing for the night because you are churning customers and losing future money.
