They directly are invested in the quality of their food and their service. They regularly have repeat employees, which speaks to their longevity. Did not know doordash was going to deliver my pizza. He was good and had his own insulated pizza carrier which is very important for pizza
The crust was thicker than normal. I did not receive my garlic sauce which I paid for. There is nowhere on the website to get a refund for missing items. It was tasty though.
