First time going to this establishment. Not a huge Indian Cuisine fan but a friend recommended it and my wife loves it. We went on a Saturday at about 1230. Place was over half full. The server greeted us, took our drink order and had us seated promptly. We wanted the buffet so we could taste everything. Great selection of entrees on the buffet, also had 2 or 3 soups and a dessert/toppings section. Was very happy with the variety of options. My favorites on the entrees were the fish fry, chicken 65, goat curry and chicken marsala. They had three types or rice and naan, all great. My wife had me taste the onion chutney (never had it), very tasty. Desert we tried a few but the mango moose and gulab jamun were our favorites. There was a young lady who worked there that was very efficient in taking your old plates and keeping your drinks full. Men's bathroom was clean, plenty of soap and paper products, could use a little fresh paint and sprucing up but was clean. Price was good, we will be back.

This was clearly very authentic Indian food, but also the seasoning was just right for the American palate. I loved the lamb korma and the tikka chicken biryani. The rice pudding and mango mousse were delicious! The food was gorgeous too and I loved the Bollywood movies that were playing. The service was exceptional and quite quick. I think the Thali options which are available Sunday to Thursday are a wonderful way to an introduction to Indian food. Come visit Masala Indian Cuisine for amazing authentic Indian food.Dietary restrictions: They have many vegetarian and gluten-free optionsKid-friendliness: This is definitely a kid-friendly place because the food comes out quickly and they have the movies playingWheelchair accessibility: This location is wheelchair accessible and they are quite open to having individuals in a wheelchairs visit

Ugent phone calls means your service at the table are delayed. No wonder the place is almost empty. They have a lot of take out orders.

This place is one of best places in Jacksonville, hands down. Was introduced on a 1st date with my husband and it has been a favorite ever since. The lunch buffet is open all week now? So happy about that. That staff are kind and the restaurant is so nice on the inside. The tables a long the wall give you privacy which I thought always made it nice for dates or business meetings.Vegetarian options: There are plenty of options of the menu without meat. All yummy.Parking: There is a bunch of parking behind the Outback right near this place.

Went today at noon the place is small only had a small section were the food was placed. The food looked good I got my first plate went to eat it noticed the food was ok but it was cold. Got a second plate I decided to try the curry goat and it was chewy and that's when I decided to stop eating because I almost spit it out it was definitely a day or two old I started thinking to myself wow what if what if the leftovers get thrown back in the new food so I called the waiter to take her tip cause I felt like the owner likes to keep the tip I shouted to the waitress when I went to pay the bill it was 38.68 so I gave him 40 dollars he said thanks and it looked like he didn't want to give me my change so I said can I have change and he replied oh oh ok so he gave 32 cents and he thought that what's all I was getting back until I told him you still owe me 1 dollar and he was oh ok. Got all my change back the only waitress was next to me and I gave her the rest of my change and I told her that's yours put it in your pocket she scared almost as the owner definitely likes to take the waitress tips. Another thing I noticed when someone grabbed a second plate when you go for buffet time the owner likes to sit close by and he watches TV and at the same time he tries to look at people while eating which it was pretty creepy. Before I left i made sure I told him that the food was cold and he looked worried when I said that as 6 people were walking in he right away started heading to the food station to raise the heat. If you like cold food that is a few days old well you can try this place out its only 17 dollars plus tax. This was the worst indian restaurant I've ever been to.

After 8 plus years of dining here, this is the most solid and reliably delicious Indian restaurant in JAX. I've tried many, many items on their menu and always find myself going back for my favorites- Chicken Tikka Masala, Garlic Naan and Saag Paneer. The restaurant is cozy and has a nice interior. Service is good but not amazing. I tend to get take out and pick it up myself. Thank you for always being so reliably good!
