We ordered chicken biryani for a to go order, and it was handed to us in 5 mins (so quick it made us happy) but it tasted like pulav, chicken wasn’t cooked completely, we asked for Indian spice level, and it was not spicy at all, less masala, just felt like rice and chicken. Pretty disappointed! But the staff was nice and helpful.

Food was very good. One of their signature dish is Madras curry and it was outstanding. The hospitality given by Nithin Das was top notch.

I visited Masala Mantra Indian Bistro today and had a very disappointing experience. The Chicken 65 was breaded, dry, and lacked flavor. Even worse, I found a hair in my goat biryani - and unfortunately noticed it only at the end of the meal. I informed the waiter, but they didn’t seem to care or take the issue seriously, which was extremely frustrating.
What made the situation even more unacceptable is that I was still charged full price, despite clearly showing the hair in my food and raising the concern immediately. For a restaurant, hygiene and customer care should be non‑negotiable.
The ambience is nice, but that doesn’t make up for poor food quality, lack of hygiene, and dismissive service. I’ve attached my receipt and a photo of the hair as proof of what happened. I hope management takes this seriously and improves their standards.

Food was delicious. I had the Kirk spinach dish and it had not only a ton of flavor, it was a pretty dish. Presentation was great, service was great.
Absolutely coming back.
Oh and the garlic naan was fantastic, reallly garlicy

We have eaten here we once a week for almost 2 years. The butter lamb and butter chicken are amazing, especially when it has been simmering for extra long time. Garlic naan and onion naan are huge hits. We bring every person who visits here and they have each said it is the best Indian they have ever had.

First rate,really.I had tr he Kadai Mushrooms last night,and Chana Masala tonight.Their medium spice level is perfect,it's actually spicier than some other places.I took home chicken tika masala,and lamb jalfrezi for my enjoyment later.Worth the 20 mile drive.

My sister is visiting from Texas where there isn't any Indian food. I took her & my daughter here and we were blown away! The herbs and spices and all the flavors were unbelievably delicious. I am so happy with this place. They are so nice and accommodating and all around lovely people. I want to tell everyone about this place. It's soooo good. I can't wait to go back.
