Went to Matthew's to celebrate a birthday. We were seated promptly and were greeted by all staff with birthday wishes. They do everything well, from drinks to dessert. We started with the escargot, which was prepared differently than we are used to, but had a delicious sauce that we would have like more bread to sop up.
