Mayday never disappoints. This time we had the triple vanilla with sprinkles. Staff was nice. Plenty of seating available. Excellent ice cream.
Incredible ice cream! Probably the best I’ve ever had in Florida. The quality and richness is so good. I’m so tired of overrated places that have cheap-tasting ice cream. This place is the BEST!
Do you guys ever have whip cream ?
The server kindly informed me that they do not wash ice-cream scoops between different selections so dairy ice-cream is contaminated with the few nondairy flavors. We much prefer Cold Cow or Lalas ice-cream.
Great flavors to choose from! Chloe & Tyra are the ones who assisted me the few times that I was there & they are great, very friendly staff overall.
Not many choices that I personally prefer
I really enjoy the ice cream here, but unfortunately, the customer service has been inconsistent and disappointing. About a week and a half ago, I visited and simply asked for sprinkles—the employee responded with attitude and handed my sprinkles in an unnecessarily rude way. Then today, I stopped by during business hours and found a written sign on the door saying “Be right back at 4:25.” It’s clear that this location doesn’t prioritize good customer service, which is a shame considering how great the ice cream is.
