The day shifts never change the chicken nugget oil. The chicken nuggets taste like fish and stink of fish because theyre not cleaning out the oil. Mostly day shift that doesn’t I’ve realized. 12am shifts are decent nuggets aren’t gross at that time.

The new workers here are getting ridiculous. They’ll tell you their ice cream machine / frappes don’t work so you tell them you paid through the app already and then magically they can fix the ice cream machine and give you your order. They lie so much they just don’t want to do anything, why work at McDonalds or anywhere if you’re so lazy. They’ll tell you something isn’t there when it is bc they’re too lazy to make it for you. You can pay $10 for something and they’ll say they don’t have it then offer you something worth $4 for the price you ALREADY paid $10 for. excuse me what?? GET IT TOGETHER.

Ok for some reason I keep coming back to this place because it’s the closest McDonald’s to me. I gave it two stars because at least the guy was nice when I got out of my car to go ask them if they were ever going to bring my food out. The McDonald’s app only works 1 out of every 4 times and it isn’t faster than going through the drive thru.
Staff is always friendly, no problems when it comes to fixing an error on an order, very professional.

The service was good and most of the food was delicious. However, the fries were the saltiest food I have ever eaten, despite being cooked perfectly. I also asked for extra tartar sauce on my Filet-O- Fish, but that did not happen either. My sister's Chicken Nuggets were fresh, got, and super delicious, despite everything that went wrong. The person at the drive-thru was courteous, friendly, and skilled at customer service. I say that because it was after 11:00 pm on a Thursday after the Dirty Heads concert and lots of people were as Hubert for McDonald's as we were.
Parking: The parking lot is a little precarious because of how the McDonald's corner has built up over the years, so be careful.
Kid-friendliness: It has high chairs for little children, Happy Meals, ice cream, and a great selection of small items for children.
Wheelchair accessibility: The particular McDonald's has wheelchair access in the parking lot and entrance. It also has takes which accommodate individuals in wheelchairs.

Your site says open 24 hours. We showed up around 3:15 am and you’re closed. We just got out of the ER and just needed something to eat. If your not open 24 hours then just change your hours on your site / google.

I m home sick. I ordered food on the app which I've done many times . screenshot order and code and send my boyfriend to pick up. they claimed not to have it in the system and need my phone to verify. he has code , details and shows paid!! they refuse to do my order saying he needs to go home, get my phone I used to place order then come back ! im extremely upset. I cancel the order tell him to go somewhere else get food. and of course when canceling order the message is will take up to 7 days to get my money back. you are soooo very lucky im home sick or I would've went into the store and Facebook live fed the scene I would ha e caused. you let me down , you suck , your manager on duty could have EASILY made this right!! SHAME ON YOU
