I was in the last two days and witnessed a middle aged light skined manger screaming at a nice young man about how he never ordered when he had two forms of verification that the order had gone through when he left she laughed and told her employees how she cancels online order for people she doesn't want to serve that way when they ask to speak with her she is able to ban them from online orders and how she fosmt have to do extra work she made me sick to my stomach I will not be returning if that is how she treats nice young people I can't imagine what she says about me and other guests that come she either needs to be retrained demoted or fired before I even consider coming to this McDonald's again if any

Honestly, as someone who works in HR, the guy with the long hair in drive-thru always has the best attitude. He’s polite, pleasant to talk to, and really should be the manager. The managers you have now, along with some of the other staff, are consistently rude. They act like I’m bothering them just for placing an order. How are you mad at me when my order is wrong and I point it out? The long-haired guy rang it up correctly—your team just made it wrong.
This has happened more than once.
He’s the only reason I’m giving you four stars instead of less. Do better, because Jesus!

I Have been here a handful of times recently. If you order in the lobby, this store is slower than what you would typically expect from a McDonald's whether the store is empty or full. You should expect to wait 5-10 minutes longer than what is normal. If you're not a kiosk user, you may have to wait an additional 3-5 minutes for a cashier to show up at the front.
What is going on with McDonald's?! There are no up front workers, you have to wait an eternity if you go in and there's always beggers! Teens with no respect always hanging in the lobby cussing and talking loud. The bathrooms are atrocious. I should have just waited in the long line drive thru.

Fries are never cooked long enough, they somehow are consistently slow. Had 2 cars in front of me and it took over 15 minutes to get food. This location always forgets sauces, and they even forgot my drink so that was nice. Plus the customers have no manners and usually don’t say anything other than what the total of your order is

Costumer service is very poor, employees are beyond rude, inordered a chicken deluxe and the gave me a dried out piece of chicken with nothing in the sandwich, no sauce, no tomatoe no lettuce or sauce only thin old chicken .. will never buy from this lication again..

An employee forgot what we had ordered plus was extremely rude when we check our bags in front of him to make sure the order was right that way We wouldn't have to go back there but just led to an argument.
