Costumer service is very poor, employees are beyond rude, inordered a chicken deluxe and the gave me a dried out piece of chicken with nothing in the sandwich, no sauce, no tomatoe no lettuce or sauce only thin old chicken .. will never buy from this lication again..

An employee forgot what we had ordered plus was extremely rude when we check our bags in front of him to make sure the order was right that way We wouldn't have to go back there but just led to an argument.

Slowest store in Arlington, save your time and go to Merrill road, they are slow too , but not as slow as this Ft.Caroline location, and the employees are crazy rude, they have a whole documentary on how McDonald's has steam lined there entire way of cooking food the most efficient way, and here you will wait 30mins for a happy meal, and it's cold, fries are soggy, drinks taste off...

Came here and decided to use the bathroom first. Ended up leaving. Dirtiest bathroom I've seen in a long time. Unbelievable. If this is how you treat your restroom, I can only imagine how your kitchen looks.

how is it so hard to finish the 90% of the automated food production that happens at McDonald's. McDonald's doesn't have good food already. So of course let's serve the overpriced food cold, be rude at the windows and all the sodas mixed without carbonation after waiting in drive thru for 30mins ( had to go back again for missing food. yep)
