I came to this McDonald's on a Thursday after noon and there must have been no more that 3 other people and 2 where mobile orders in there I waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order because there so it your self area is card only and I hade cash when someone finally came to take orders they took one order awithout taking anyone else's order. I just got back and I have to say o am even more disappointed I went back to hwt my cat and go through the drive through and they made me wait 7 minutes to give me some old soggy frys that is all I ordered and they made me drive into a parking spot I do not recommend going here.

Ordered me a Big Mac, and what I got was as flimsy as a palm frond in a hurricane. The fries? Tasted like they'd spent a day out baskin’ in the Florida sun, all dried up, and lacking of any proper seasoning. For a fast food joint, it was one of the slowest service you can experience.

Horrible customer service. Was there to pick up an online order. Didn't know they were closed. I pulled up to a window to see a girl working and a mobile order sitting next to her. She would look at me and not even bother coming up to the window at all. When I circled back around to get the customer service number which is posted next to the window she came up and waved her arms aggressively for me to get out of the line. These kids yall hire have no respect or customer service skills. McDonald's is a joke for that reason. Do better.

My fries were missing so I came back the next day to get them. I also ordered food and the fries were cold!!!! I waited 10 minutes at drive-thru with no apology or explanation for why it was taking so long. The young black man didn't even speak to me. This McD's is more expensive than other ones as well.Parking: Drive-thru line blocks handicapped parking

I used the drive-through. Ordered big breakfast, no p/cakes,1 xtr sausage, oatmeal, no fruit, caramel Frappe. I paid at the first window and proceeded to the next to receive the order. The young lady handed me the food bags and said just a moment for the frappe. A short time later, the manager loudly reprimanded the associate for not having me pull forward because the timer was running. That manager was not right to talk to any employee with that tone in earshot of customers or other associates. I was embarrassed for the young lady who was obviously newly hired and not familiar with the timer and its purpose. Since I was the only car she thought it was ok to let me sit. Management should take time to first realize how she is speaking to her staff and reflects her level of respect for others. The reason for the delay was actually her fault for not assuring the area was properly stocked pre-shift.
