I was out into the late hours of March 22nd and felt like some McDonald's. After visiting a few of the 24hrs ones they were ether closed, having technical problems or in myccase being confronted with resentment with le location on Casset Avenue.
After getting to the window and asking about the 67 cent deal, the interaction exploded into the manager getting involved and resulting in me leaving out of pure frustration to drive over to whattaburger to be greeted with kindness and respect all due to the results of pure 67 cent hamburger that was offered in the app an because of a time change was no longer available all it simply whould have taken was was no longer available with courtesy and kindness. I was meant with humiliation and disrespect.
I know that we all have a job to but lets approach it with humility and grace because you never know what some one is going through.

this is my third time trying to go to this mcdonald’s and each time they did not respond on the intercom but they are very much was in their and it was a girl peeking in the window so that she wouldn’t have to take orders!!? it’s 4:40am by the way and i was waiting for nothing

I spent $20 on food I brought in my soda it was in a Wawa cup the manager tried to make me pay for it then I wanted water and he was gonna charge me $2 for water

Slow,burgers crusty like they have been sitting there, ask for a large get a med, cranky employee, one scratched his dreads and kept cooking. No soap in the bathroom I'd have to be starving to death to go back there.

I went here a few days ago and brought up a concern to the management. They handled my worries professionally and made sure I was squared away before going. The food was better than a typical McDonald's as well.

Always get my order correct. Other McDonald's could learn from them. They must have a great management team.I just order Happy Meals but have to check them out before I drive away because 9/10 of the time somethings missing ie; French fries or the toy. I'm very pleased to have my McDonald's doing 110%

Katasya The remarkable young lady that’s at the register early in the morning. She is magnificent. I ordered a big meal for my Shop. She got yelled at by management because she rang me up for a small Frappe, she gave me a medium one. I was willing to pay the difference, but she showed more customer service capability than the own manager. They need to promote her. She is A rare and unique female Specimen and McDonald’s should be honored to have her. I’ve been coming here since this McDonald opened up.

Walt took great care of me. I was upset as I was missing a bacon quarter pounder from my large meal. The fries were ice cold. But he remade everything for me when he didn't have too. I really was just missing the quarter pounder. I was really mad also and I am sorry for showing it, however it was raining and I was soaked and had to go back a second time. But thanks Walt!!!
