This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve encountered. Horrible service. Filthy parking lot covered in trash. Even the sign looks like it’s about to fall over. Give this place a pass.

Once again our online order was never started. We arrived at 10:07am to pickup our breakfast order. We confirmed it with them in person once we arrived and by 10:34am they still hadn't started our order. And then decided to cancel bc I guess breakfast is technically over now. They weren't even busy so I don't understand why this happened. All the other times we have used the app we never had to click the "I'm already here" button but now they're claiming that's why it never went through? Then why did my previous orders all work and this one didn't? Complete bullshit.

I ordered online and came in to get it, only for them to tell me that they’ll start my order when I hit the “I’m already here” button on the app. The whole point of pick up is to get in and get out, If I wanted to wait I would of just gotten it to go.

Mrs Regina the manager made the experience unforgettable kindly showing customers that the online app and kiosks were inoperable and helping to assist and help every single person that walked in the door she has a heart of Gold runs a tight ship and her store is clean. Thank You Mrs Regina you made me have the best Mc Donald's experience I ever had

Parking: At lease 20 spots to park and a standard now double drive-thru
Wheelchair accessibility: Every booth at this location is wheel chair and handicap accessible with numbers and brail on every table

Went thru drive thru just after dark. I ordered 3 of there strawberry cream pies. 2 apple pies and a large fri and 1 of there deals in 2 for 7,. But I ordered the pies for my grandkids. Got home and after there mom gave them dinner, gave them the pies... Well, they sold me 5 total pies that not only were sell by time but the time 3:30 and 8:23 p.m. wow.. need I say dry and even the kids wouldn't eat them. I didn't bring them back or nothing I had 5 kids and couldn't at that time. But who ever reads this know check dates before you leave.

Has the timing online for 24 hours than when ordering food on ubereats drivers always tells me to contact uber to cancel the order because they are closed. What makes me even more upset uber attempts to send multiple drivers and they all have to decline the order. This has happened on multiple occassions .

They only had coke, tea, and milk. They didn't have "big mac" buns and got almost angry when I asked for a big Mac with regular bun. Everything seemed like a hassle for them. I don't know who the manager was because all the employees were just hanging out.
