we moved to this area almost four years ago this location is a hot mess in serious need of a true leader, better employee hiring process and major training on going for how to talk to and treat customers! how to keep food fresh and hot for these orders when someone is paying $3 or $73 we all deserve hot, fresh groceries! Every single time I ordered delivery in the past, they would screw up the order so badly and throw it in the bag missing items, incorrectly made items, order 40 nuggets and they LOVE TO send you with 2 or 0 sauces. The horrible food sucks but these employees working with the permanent chip on their shoulder and talking to customers like trash is unreal! major training needs to be done in this store or I highly suggest the management company or owners whoever secret shop this location a few times in a week at different times and clear out the hateful bunch that feel above the customers coming to order food! Tonight I waited 35 min for an entire order of cold food. The lady ignored my request for sauce threw a different kind she was already holding in my bag and walked off ignoring me as I tried to speak to her again.

Bro these people do NOT care 😭😭😭 I ordered through the drive through and I was barely 2 seconds in before the lady asked "will that complete your order" rudely and then I ordered another meal and specifically said water for the drink and she puts down a medium coke which is .20 cent more and not water. So my partner has a coke that they dont like lol. Then they kind of just shoved the food out of the window and didnt even say "have a good day" or even just "bye". I swear this whole block of fast food by the train station has to be a tax haven, almost none of these places get orders right and the employees are out in the parking lot like bruh

We’ve been waiting here for about 20-25 minutes for a uber order I came to the door and a young lady looked at me and turned around then a dude said go to the drive thru I went and then a girl told us to go around and park after we was already doing that then I proceeded to do that and had to wait 10 more minutes I called and the girl kept giving run around answers I had to cancel the order the line was so backed up don’t ever come to this McDonald’s if your ever hungry or do uber or dash. And after I called to see what’s the hold up the boy looked through the window in the parking lot and looked directly at the car and didn’t come out and say nothing then walked back in the kitchen he seen us in the parking lot lazy ass

If you ask 2 workers is cheese on your sandwich you would think, they would check....and when I get my food it has no cheese. The reason why I asked is because the screen said no cheese but I ordered cheese. I don't understand how something so simple can be so hard, just LISTEN to the customer, duh

Everytime I come to this McDonald the food is old are hard this location need to be shut down this is crazy I can’t even enjoy my food if u don’t like your job get a new one because this is lazy I will no longer come and spend my money at this location until it’s under new management
