I don't know how you can make so many mistakes at Drive True at this place. It's crazy. I ordered Happy Meals for my girls and they gave me someone else's order and they said they couldn't change what I had paid. The lady who charges at the window has asked the drivers what their orders were because she was confused, and she charged me for another order that wasn't what I had ordered.

The absolute worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been in, employs are extremely rude and have no sense of common courtesy or even just cordial with you plan out rude!
***My food was disgusting I got a Big Mac and fries the fries were completely cold and so was the burger, I just threw it away and didn’t even go back and say anything that’s why I’m writing this find better employs that at least do the bare minimum🙏

I consistently receive great service at this location. Tonight they were short staffed and the line took a little longer, but the girl taking orders and the girl at the pick up window were so sweet and pleasant, even despite being down people.

Editing my old review because I came for breakfast this morning and the crew was so helpful and pleasant it was an honest surprise. McDonald's will always have its problems but this morning crew really gave me a smile on my face.

Where to begin. Mobile order went to the speaker had to wait and then the welcoming was blah. Then went to the window and the lady yelling across are you the mobile order. Then when we got to the window. She just opened it and handed the receipt it was like a drive by handoff.
2nd window. Guy gave us four drinks no cup holder. Talking to his coworker. He had an attitude when we questioned the drink.
Get home fries just thrown in the bag and undercooked. Large fry mostly emptied but come to find out most are in the bag because of being thrown in there. There was no explanation on the drinks on why one was a child’s drink. Two drinks were Coke instead of Diet Coke. Two nuggets in the four piece.
It may be a new building but the service is still the same. Ghetto. I don’t like that word but it fits. This is definitely the last time. Train your people on customer service and bagging, cooking, prep, all of it. Absolutely ridiculous.

Took my mobile order and decided to close early despite their sign on their app and DOOR SIGN saying they close at 1am. Absolutely and extremely unprofessional as always and expected and absolute service as TRASH as always. Such a shame as this new McDonald’s was supposed to be nicer. Will definitely be filing a complaint with corporate about this incident.

Couldn’t even stand the smell of the bathroom pee all over the floor, toilet broken and over filled with paper and pee. How can I trust them to have a clean kitchen when they can’t control the bathrooms!

took about 30 minutes to get my online order when I went through the drive thru. manager does not have enough people working, had one guy working between two windows. praise that guy for being the only hard worker there. also food was handed to people before which was handed back to the worker then given us which has some to be some type of violation.

Melinda was really kind to me, I don’t know how to speak English much and she offered to take my order at the first window and understood me. I would recommend her if you have trouble speaking English or are learning it.
