She didnt greet us then when my husband paid her She threw the paper reciept to my husband. Please send her to do anything else. Also let her parents know the bad work they made with her.

The food is always fresh but most importantly I always receive the best customer service whether it’s Tasha, Tiffany, and the other two guys which I don’t know their names but I always get a friendly greeting. Remodeling this restaurant is pointless when the staff is horrible. Tasha the manager extremely unprofessional And has been for quite sometime. Her leadership is questionable and quite frankly embarrassing to witness. I feel sorry for the employees that have to be managed by her, she leads with her emotions which seem to be unstable and concerning. Please advise her that’s she’s in a business of service and to greet the customers as though she’s one of them. Thank you!

Despite me holding the line up because I didn’t receive any sauce, she was the only employee who acknowledged me, while 4-5 other employees just looked at me and ignored me like I was a ghost. She stayed calm, friendly, and attentive—going above and beyond to ensure my food was fresh and handed over promptly, with sauce. Employees like Kay are the reason I keep coming back; she represents the best of McDonald’s service. Thank you, Kay—you brightened my night! Kay deserves a raise and a promotion. Happy New Year!
