I wanted to give a “thank you” to the manager that assisted with correcting my order today. It was an attractive gentleman with a tattoo on his cheek. He was kind, fast, and provided me with excellent customer service. Too often do ppl post the bad reviews so I wanted to post a good one.

I ordered food about $25 worth and I sent my friends up there to pick up the food. It was around 11 PM and on the app. It says that they’re open inside 24 hours they refused to give us the food. They didn’t let us inside. They told us we had to go through drive-through, but we didn’t have a car cause we walked there. We knocked on the drive-through window we were like hey can we get our food like we already paid for it please and they refuse to give it to us. I can’t get my money back cause cash app is not giving it to me because it says I receive my food and I cannot get it back. It was absolutely horrible. The service there was terrible.
Always rude food always nasty. McDonald’s is known mainly for having food fries ! This location… the fries are always nasty. I don’t know if they aren’t changing grease or what.

This is got to be the worst McDonald's in Jacksonville. Second time I've selected this location, no one takes your order at the drive thru so went inside and ask is there anyone working the drive through? Lady with the red shirt that maybe a supervisor says to me, I don't know. 9/12 21:10. As I wawaited for my food, I counted 6 employees walking around nonchalantly. Do yourself a favor stay away. BTW there were four cars deep at the drive thru that left.
