Tried to order at the second drive through lane. Heard person in the other lane ordering, then she pulled up to the windows so I thought for sure they would take my order next but they didn’t. No communication whatsoever….not a “we will be with you in a moment”…..nothing! I finally had enough and pulled around and saw that the person ahead of me getting her order. As usual, this location has terrible service. By the looks of these comments and their lack of responding shows that they could care less!!

I went to McDonald’s today at 10:59 PM. This location is a 24 hour location. There was a guy sitting at a computer in the middle and four cars in a parking lot. There was a lady in the drive-through. They ignored her. I went through the drive-through. There was no response. All the lights are on as if the McDonald’s were open. There were no signs posted. There’s also a ring doorbell there as well, where there is a window that you can put the food out by the front door the ring doorbell and there was no response. That’s horrible customer service if you are closed for any type of reason, you should have a side or at least respond to the customer to let them know closed

Every time I come at 4 or 5 in the morning “the system is down” i don’t understand if I have a mobile order why can’t you make my food? I sat in the drive thru until their “system” started working since I already payed. You guys should close late night if you don’t want to make food. This has happened 5 times so obviously it’s not the system they don’t want to make orders late at night so they are liars. I’ll just go another McDonald’s late night now

After 2am, they won't let you order thru the drive thru.. they only take UberEats or Doordash! It's ridiculous! And usually bw midnight-2am their system is "down".

Food was good and hot, ordered on the app for cheaper deals. The staff were not friendly and I was charged for sauces and mayo and she told my 6 yr old he had to pay for a sauce to go with his nuggets. Disappointing and petty. Staff was sitting at tables and one was on the phone loud with a bad attitude, hostile sounding words and my son could hear. He kept yelling across the restaurant to other employees. Unprofessional but it IS McDs. They used to have toys kids loved but that has also changed. If we do go back I'll take my own condiments and sauces. And I'll take it to go.Kid-friendliness: It's McDs so it's supposed to be for the kids, but staff and attitudes/tone/ choices of words made the experience disappointing.

Haven't been back to this location in over a year since the massive disrespect their pathetic employees gave me after they messed up my order. The manager left a note with my name on it to replace it and upon arrival the lazy employees said they would not go look for the note. Send these folks back to 9 bucks an hour.

I'm so tired of them saying that their ice cream machine is down when they don't want to have it on at night. I've lived down the road from them for years, and I used to think they were horrible. Now I think they're worse. That's pretty bad... And why can they never get anybody's order right? Also, why do the burgers always seem like they've been set in food warmer for days? They are dried up and almost like beef jerky. It's gross. I remember when I used to go get fast food and think, 'oh I'm going to go get some really good food that's bad for me. I'm being so naughty.' Now, if it's bad for me I'm pissed off. It does not taste good enough to be bad for me.

The manager in pic needs to be firedShe would not let me speak , talking over me because I demanded a refund due to my order being wrong . She throws the bag of food and drink against my van and told me to leave . With no refundI don’t see her working with any customer service skills . She just makes the experience worse and to deny me my money. That’s theft!!! I’ll be contacting corporate about her actions and mouth . She is a disgrace and should not be a manager if she has no customer service skills .
