Normally I never have issues here but... tonight the drive through crew member put cold chocolate on my sunday. I let him know its supposed to be fudge.. he acted like he had no idea what I was talking about. I let him know there is a difference between the chocolate cold topping and the hot fudge you use for the fudge sundays.. he refused to correct it and instead acted like I was crazy...

Store 2654. Slow. I wanted to pay cash for my order. They were doing drive thru, delivery, Uber, pickups. I wanted to pay cash for one sausage McMuffin and one hash brown and I had to wait over twenty minutes for two items and it was breakfast time. Slow. Update February 15, 2025. 10:46 Am. Saturday morning. Drive thru almost empty. I walked out today without buying Anything! The same "manager" took her time waiting on my sister and then proceeded to do some delivery order instead of the line of people at the front counter. Never coming here again. Keep Your💲💲💲.

They did great job handling an accidental placement of two in store pick ups on a new phone. I thought the app failed to place my first order so I used another email address because I couldn't get the same deal somehow both orders were placed but they refunded it without any trouble. They delay the service. One as a customer places the order online. And when one arrived, the one who was at the window today, January 1, 2025, at 2:00 am, did not want to attend to us. It forced us to wait in line even though we had placed the order.

Meal request at the speaker box was not fulfilled, as I asked again at the pick-up window the sandwich was taken apart, pickles removed and tossed back into the wrapper. Oh well I shouldn't have expected much, it's McDonald's....

UPDATE 1/15/25 - LOCATION IS STILL TRASH. THEY NEVER SELL FRAPPES NOR ICE CREAM. IT HAS BEEN A YEAR. AVOID THIS LOCATION. NO FAITH THEY WILL GET RIGHT. Advertises ice cream, shakes, and frappes. ALL over the building just to be told they don't sell those and see lines thru the items on the menu board.
