App order. Waited 25 mins nothing. Went inside. People waiting to order, manager at the register taking out money, didn't acknowledge anyone waiting. Everyone looked miserable. 10 mins later my app order going out and I intercepted and took it out. Never coming here again for sure. Oh, messed up drink order too. Could have spent my $40.00 at better place.

MC Donald's Please learn the temperature of your foods stop UNDERCOOKIING your food and sending us to the ER I was sick last night and will be reporting this location to the Health Department. YOU must COOK FRIES FROM FROZEN TO WELL DONE not frozen to frozen and hand out window. This location can be closed down if this continues. My last meal at all MC Donald's. will switch to Culver's much better.

Something is always needed in the hamburger, they don't give bacon, the changes that one makes, they don't comply, they give the hamburger as they want, they go several times in that same place.

Ms.Nikki the manger such a nasty individual because my app wasn’t working I had to go back around all because it started working at the next window allowing me to ge my drink with my order that I paid for already and have that as free you have a backed up line already no greeting at the damn drive thru but you know what have a great damn day then forgetting stuff in my bag

Came at 7:30 in the morning on Saturday ordered a steak egg and cheese McGriddle breakfast meal waited 20 minutes for my sandwich

i came on thursday october 16,2025 at 1 am. to pick up a door dash. none of the workers acknowledged us as we were standing at the pick up window for 10 minutes. i inevitably went through the drive though cause at this point they’ve glanced our way several times then we get to the drive thru and the man in the green shirt doesn’t even apologize for the terrible customer service and we ended up just driving back around to the pick up window to finally receive our order. you guys should train your team on customer service and make sure every guest feels welcomed when they come to your store.
