This location is consistently awful. Staff are rude. Food is inedible. I’ve given this location multiple tries and each time it tastes like actual garbage. You can taste the mildew in the fountain drinks. I’m pretty sure they reuse food from the previous day. Honestly they need to be shut down.

Had the worst experience of my life for a second time at this location. My mom got me a sausage mcgriddle after starting to eat the sandwich I pull out a long strand of hair. Uggggh seriously McDonalds I thought we were better than that. Not only is the food terrible you have folks we can't read as well. Asked for Iced Mocha got Ice Milk.

As soon as I walked in, trash on the floor. It also took forever for the food to come. I was going to order a drink so I waited at the register but no one was working there even though several workers were around. I had to wait at least 10 minutes until I gave up on waiting. Most workers were talking to each other or on their phones.

This has got to be the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I think most of the McDonald's are pretty bad in Jacksonville, Florida. I ordered something online and the drive thru was backed up for 20 minutes and then they gave me a partial order and made me wait for an apple pie an extra 10 minutes. That is ridiculous, I have never seen such bad service at any restaurant before. What is funny is Hardy's has better deals and better service in the same area.

ordered a burrito meal got a coffee when i asked for a dr pepper and got hash browns but did not get my two burritos how the hell do you forget to put the burritos in there. Next time make sure everything is in the bags before u send it off.
