Whoever was responsible for taking the order through the drive-through at about 5:15 PM on February 18 Needs to be fired. I was on the phone with my mother while she was placing an order, my mother is 70 years old. This woman or child was so disrespectful, she cut her off every time she started to speak. She rushed her to make her order. She was very short in her tone. For no reason at all!

Paid with card at first window and the worker just looked at me and said you’re done then rolled her eyes cause I asked for a receipt. You’re mad at me cause of your job choice. The lady at the last window was respectful and nice. Maybe they need to take some notes

It was Xmas morning, and we were grateful to find somewhere for breakfast. But our eggs were cold and seemed like they were made hours prior. Jens eggs were hard as in stale and barely warm. We had to wait for our coffees and they came less than Luke warm. But it only came after I went back to the counter twice. What could the problem be with so many people in the kitchen? & HOW CAN THEY SERVE US COLD COFFEE ON SUCH A COLD MORNING. 😞
My wife sent all her items back and eventually got it back correct. I just didn't feel like talking to anyone else in this store.
There's more.... Throughout all this time, the workers in the kitchen were laughing and talking awfully loud to the point that we could not even hear the lobby overhead music playing. But then, even worse, it seemed like all the whole kitchen staff came into the dining area sat down and stated playing cards, and they were just as loud as they were in the kitchen, but now they were just 10ft away from us. Jesus, man, who the heck trained these folks. At that point, I had enough, and we hurried up and got the heck outta there. When i come again to see my family, I will surely stay at Jacksonville Courtyard again, but this McDonald's will never get my business.
Getting food from Mcdonald should not have this effect, it was such an unpleasant experience i will never go there again. FYI: I don't eat pork, and I don't eat from places that recklessly cross contaminate. But I'd rather ORDER and eat a bacon platter at Waffle House before visiting this location again.

I mobile ordered breakfast sat in the line for about 12min then was at the speaker waiting for the girl to answer for about 3minutes to which she finally answered, when I came to the second window for my order the manager stated they wouldn’t give me my order because they JUST switched to lunch. They processed my order but would not give us our food. Manager stated stop order lunch instead I told her it’s not showing the order cancelled on my end she said the pending charge would cancel by the end of the day, today I see the pending charge processed as a complete charge, no refund and I didn’t receive my food and the MANAGER flipped me off in the drive-thru. Absolutely ridiculous

We came here on Christmas and I understand that it is awful to work on Christmas, but as someone who has experience with customer service, this place is insane. The lady at the window had told us it was a 20 minute wait because her system was down. That’s totally fine. What wasn’t fine was when she had yelled at another car through a window to drive forward. When we reached the window she kept repeating our total over and over when we wanted to make sure she had everything since at the window after every item she had said “Anything else” as soon as we finished our order. The bottom line is Christmas or not the customer service here is awful and the food is never right. Don’t come to this location spend some gas to go somewhere else.

Worst mcds in duval by far. Offensive language loud music total confusion by all staff seemed like everyone who works there just walked right passed me empty lobby and still took 23min to have my order taken rude staff lots of attitude no hospitality what so ever. Stay away.
Fast and very clean. The burritos 🌯 need more cheese sauce. Very nice people.
