I actually was picking up for uber at this McDonald's and what I'm assuming was the manager or that's who she claimed to be was literally cussing out all the associates claiming she was going to beat up one of the associates that didn't show up then when I asked about the order foe uber she started cussing me out lol. I do NOT I REPEAR DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE FOR PICKUP DINE IN OR CARRYOUT . THE OBNOXIOUS RUDE AND SHEER UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR DISPLAYED WAS DISGUSTING TO SAY THE LEAST.

Horrible!!! After my order was stolen by a delivery driver this location sent me cold food that I didn't even order. Nothing that I ordered!! Fries soaked in grease everything stiff and cold. Look for a corporate number to contact and there's no possible way to contact anybody. Horrible service horrible food and horrible location. Shut it down!

The service is always ridiculous. So unorganized, disrespectful, nothing works, nothing is done right just so damn frustrating. I don't even know why they're still open. Can't get on line orders, everyone has to go to the drive through everyone's order is wrong, and they refuse to give customers their money back and /or their food and refuse to allow delivery drivers inside to pick up their on line orders. Whoever owns this place close it down or do a complete overhaul with the staff. Fire everyone and start over,

I can't give Zero rating cuz 4 itimes in 3 weeks and haven't been a paying customer yet...but Burger King next door ....keeps getting my business because it's always something when I go in there..on this date ...it was the employees fighting...so I still couldn't get servred.....I Don't know who's running it but at this point need to move it to ghetto...cuz at least you might get served.
Should have walked away when I saw how dirty it was, manager hanging out with friend in parking lot, and menu board showing half menu “unavailable after midnight” but I was hungry. So I gave it 1 more try at the counter and was ignored. Don’t go to this one

"Wonderful" to hear the kitchen staff bitching at each other while a group of us is standing at the counter waited for our food.
Other than that this place is clean and there's decent parking, but it looks like they got rid of the self-service beverage which I do not like.
There are definitely worse ratchet areas of Jacksonville than this.
