Placed an order on the app in the parking lot at 1030am. Made it up to the drive thru. It's 1050 and I just got my food.I dont know what's going on, but something needs to be improved for faster service. People were trying their best. But it still was a long time to get our breakfast.

When you go in and ask for your sandwich to have Mac sauce added to the sandwich then put it on the sandwich. Not on the side. If I wanted to make my own lunch I wouldn’t have ordered food. Yet the staff expects 15$hr. Can’t even get the order correct.

Since when does McDonald’s not allowed refills? Are you that hard up on money? I understand not having the machines out in the lobby but to tell your paying customers that they are only allowed to get one drink for the money spent. Yea I will not be back to this location. I will drive 10 extra miles to rivercity or the Main Street location.

Update: this McDonald's was finally released from the horrible franchisees and is now a corporate store. It needs a lot of help, but that should be obvious after decades of running it into the ground. I still avoid this location and go to Main St., although Main St. has some issues too... Just not ones that make you wonder about rats and roaches.This McDonald's happens to be the closest to my home and I have had literally dozens of very poor experiences here. They claim to want to provide good service, but calls to the customer service number never produce any results and the franchise owner refuses to return calls to discuss the issues. This truly is the absolutely worse run McDonald's I have ever had any experience with. The employees are careless, the food sloppy (and often they are out of something because something is broken down), and the service painfully slow (I've waited 30+ minutes for a simple order more than once).

On more occasions than I can count I have seen frustrated customers at this McDonald's. I've seen DoorDash orders taking forever. Drive through orders taking forever. Definitely check your order and make sure you have the time to wait.
