I feel like when you order anything from this McDonaldâs with any sort of special request they take it as a challenge to do the exact opposite. I ordered 2 sausage McGriddles with âNO FOLDED EGGâ and what did I receive? 2 FOLDED EGG AND CHEESE MCGRIDDLES. They just completely got rid of the sausage and left the rest.
Take your chances with this McDonaldâs if you enjoy a million dollar company stealing your money for fun.

It's a standard McDonald's. The only issue is that they're horrible about announcing when your order is up. I have a feeling that my McRib spent a minute or two getting cold before I looked over and saw it on the counter.

Very poor service after setting at the drive through for over 5 minutes with nobody saying anything. I finally got to place my order after placing my order and waiting at the drive through window for another 5 minutes. I finally get my food and drink, which is wrong? After saying something, they try to fix it. But it is wrong again and they are too worried about cutting up and playing games and listening to music on their phones than to take care of customers. I do not recommend going there. I know I won't be back.

Last night an older lady probably spending her last was rudely disrespected by the night manager around 630pm. Refused to give refund after refusing to give her order that lady wasnât rude to this manager. This manager also was talking to her employees like a dog. You can lead an establishment if youâre unhappy with yourself. Your uniform wrinkled and your attitude nasty. Do no go to this location after 5 drive the numbers down
Terrible mornings and late nights. 3 times, all bad experiences here. All of these events have occurred in a 3 year period, always long waits, nasty attitude workers and terrible experiences each time. Never going back to this location again.

Ordered my food to be delivered to my work through the app. Get my food ready to eat open the bag first thing is I didnât know sprite now looks like coke. My Deluxe Chicken sandwich looked like they were putting together like they were shooting free throws the chicken itself looked and tasted like it was fried in a month old grease. Didnât get the sauces I asked for. This location is one of the worst in Jacksonville
