I keep my orders simple because they cant seem to handle getting them right. By simple I mean multiple of same things instead what my family wants. They are fast at times but that means your order gonna be wrong. Today we got 4 egg n cheese mc muffins. Req folded (scrambled) eggs they came white with very very green eggs. Then ordered 4 bacon eggs cheese (some were folded other was white (green) I received a steak eggs cheese with in think onions. I didn't even know they served steak so definitely didn't order it nor is that on my receipt. I did taste it yukk full of butter or grease (my cat just ate it) lol. I literally told my husband 4x you have to check before you leave it will be wrong. He said I checked they were all there he was like I shouldn't have to open every sandwich i said yes you do. We own a restaurant and we are not perfect but each person should make sure whats in the bag before handing it out that's what we do to reassure our customers return happy! General manager should go in this location n the one on st augustine rd and do some real good training or they gonna go out like burger king.

You can litterally here the counter person screaming at Joe the person cooking in the back. A man standing at the counter trying to get her attention by hollering mame and she just ignored him. Now i see why this place has 3 stars
