Ordered a double with only mayo, ketchup and onions and I got a regular cheap burger with pickles and ketchup. This is the 2nd time in a week I've had my order made wrong. I also ordered a Dr pepper and got a coke. No biggie on the drink but I'm tired of taking my lunch time to get food and it be wrong when I get back to my job. I can't leave because I'd be late back to work. PLEASE tell your kitchen staff to read the orders correctly. The order was placed correctly and the paper on my burger was correct but the sandwich was made literally the complete opposite of what I actually ordered. I understand it's not that big of a deal, but it is to me when I have a certain time to eat lunch and can't bring it back to be fixed. I didn't even get a receipt. This is ridiculous.

Fun for the kids and better than the one on Atlantic... But.... A persistent crowd of 3-5 people whom I don't want my kids around. Today this guy lit a cigarette inside and then fought a customer. My kids said they saw him pull down his pants... I spent $50 and 2 hours here today. Until this place cleans up, we aren't coming back. To bad for the great folks working there and that nice playground

Whatever y’all are doing, keep doing it. This is my McDonald’s I come here regularly and there is literally never a mistake made, I don’t have a long wait, every employee I have ever interacted with is so kind so major kudos from the top down the experience is beyond what I expect from a McDonald’s

By far the worst service I’ve ever received sitting in live in drive-through for more than 15 minutes. Walk in the door stand 10 minutes in the lobby. Nobody waits on you.
Went to the dt on Thursday night about 9:50pm ordered fish sandwiches no cheese I tried to call back about 10 ish no answer they put cheese on my fish tried calling back today these guys never answer their phone so that's why I am postings these pic I would have just asked for a replacement but they never answer their phone at this location smh

The food is disgusting and expensive. The lobby is empty and I still have to wait, why. The atmosphere is cold, and lonely. There is no socializing, there are no kids laughter breaking the quietness, there are no play courses anymore. The colors went from joy and laughter to gloomy prison. Don't buy "food" at these places. I just got delivery Door Dash.

Everything bad about fast food all at one place. No one at counter to take orders. Forced to use kiosk which is a challenge because I am blind. Pressed button for assistance. Not worker came. Another kind customer helped me place order.

Ok, we all know Macdonald's may not be the best food for you. But in moderate amounts, you're probably ok. I found this Macdonald's to be pretty good. I usually do it to go and the drive-through people are nice and professional.
