Wouldn't let me change my drink for extra fries cuz I really wanted extremely fries tonight and I get home and the bag falls over because they bagged it wrong and all of the fries fall out onto the floor. This was a very disappointing experience to say the least!

I ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese bagels. I had to wait 10 minutes for them in drive thru and when I got home the bagels were hard and burnt.

Literally the Only McDonalds I go to in Jax because of accuracy l. Every time I venture to other McDonalds I regret it. the quality service and accuracy are far above average Mickey Ds. I Always use the app if I’m making customization. Helpful with picky kids and I don’t have time to check bag in line.

This place is horrible! I am at the care hotel just after hip replacement and cannot get about. I placed a delivery order twice and both times things were left out of my order. I have tried to call but it just rings with no answer. No way for me to get there.. of course they can cheat me. Don't order from them and spend your hard earned money.
